CKB 360 Wellness Juice & Tea — Restaurant in Huntsville

Let me begin by stating that I am not a vegetarian, far from, and I have never considered a vegetarian restaurant. This is not a place I would have visited if not for the suggestions of some friends of mine. Stopped by today for lunch as I was in the area. Not busy at all at 12:30. In fact, I was the first person in the door, although five or six people walked in shortly after me. Based on their suggestion, I decided on the Jackfruit taco plate. The food, I must say, was delicious! No unusual flavors or consistencies. Everything was hot and fresh and seemed very high quality. I can't really say I was surprised as I didn't have any expectations going in, but I was very happy! That having been said, I believe there was an unusual circumstance going on today as it took some 45 minutes for me to receive my food. Considering I was the first person in the door and the first to order, I don't understand that at all. In addition, in my opinion, the price was about 1/3 more expensive than it should have been. To be fair, their food is delicious! I could happily eat their nachos any day of the week. HOWEVER, every time I've gone they're late. It can take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour to get a single plate of food and it because any time you go you have to hear the owners whole life story! Don't eat in if it's your first time cause you'll get pressured into shooting some sort of promo for them. Or they try to push you to buy other expensive products. The husband used to sell cars and it shows. They do not take no for an answer!

All that would be fine cause, as a customer, I can choose to walk away whenever I like. But recently I found out that this behavior extends to their employees including not paying them on time! If I could give this spot 20 stars I would! Let's start with the fact the food is absolutely delicious! I came for Taco Tuesday and my intentions was to get the food to go. But the atmosphere is such a vibe. I can only describe it as "goodness." The 360 in the name pertains to the "whole" person- body, soul and spirit. The passion that is displayed from the way the foods is made, to the education you receive on health and nutrition, to the joy this couple has in serving you delicious foods is remarkable.
