Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Huntsville

Spent 40$ including tip for 2 large Brooklyn style pepperoni pizzas, the slices literally are smaller than my hand. Called them up manager wouldn't speak to me at first and demanded I bring the pizza back to them after paying delivery while other domino locations if I had an issue I can submit pictures and they would compensate the issue accordingly. 10/10 would not order from again and get disrespected by the manager that kept insisting I drive to them and I was interrupting her. She said "our delivery drivers don't deliver remade pizzas" I responded "last time this happened I was able to get a credit" then she would raise her voice saying "stop interrupting me sir stop interrupting." She paused like she finished her sentence and I responded with information of my previous experience with dominos that was good and she just got irate. Never ordering from this location again. I just wanted what I paid for and not have to spend gas after paying for their gas.

I FULLY UNDERSTAND THE LACK OF PERSONNEL TO CREATE PRODUCTS; BUT I HAVE CONSISTANTLY HAD PROBLEMS ORDERING USING MY DESKTOP. I HAVE HAD LOADS OF TROUBLE ATTEMPTING TO GO ON LINE TO ORDER. I WAS PROMPTED TO CALL THE STORE TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEMS. ON EACH AND EVERY PHONE CALL I'VE HAD TO WAIT AN EXTREMELY LONG TIME. AT THIS VERY MOMENT I'M USING MY DESKTOP AND THE CALL TO DOMINO'S MASTIN LAKE FACILITY I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE PHONE TO BE ANSWERED; THAT IS NOW BEEN EIGHT MINUTES AND SECONDS AND I HAVE NOT FINISHED TYPING THIS. I AM NOT SURE OF THE OTHER DOMINO'S FACILITIES ORDERING SITUATIONS, BUT I ONLY LIVE APPROXIMATELY FIVE BLOCKS FROM DOMINO'S ON MASTIN LAKE. USUALLY TO DATE, IT IS EASIER TO DRIVE DOWN THERE AND WAIT FOR MY PIZZA OR OTHER FOOD. THIS IS REDICULOUS AND THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS MANY TIMES WHEN I DESIRED A PIZZA. I HAVE NOT TRIED PAPA JOHNS OR PIZZA HUT'S THICK CRUST, WHICH IS 'NOT OFFERED' BY DOMINO'S. The last time I ordered delivery someone took it upon themselves to add an extra tip to my receipt so I had to go through my bank and get my money back. Every since I stop doing delivery and I would go pickup my pizza. Today I was told it would be ready 11:05 I get there in the drive thru and I am told to pull up it's not ready. Two other cars are served. I sat in the car for 20 more minutes before a lady came to my car. I asked her why did I get notified the food was ready if it wasn't. She handed me my food and walked off. She was very rude and unprofessional. She didn't say sorry for the wait or I'm not sure why you got your notification when your food wasn't ready. I tried to call the store but the hold was so long I hung up. Got my food home and the crust was hard almost burnt. Not Domino's quality. So very disappointed. So I can't do delivery or they gonna add money to the bill and now I can't go get food either as it took an hour just to get an online order when I was told 20 minutes.
