Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Huntsville

came in to dine-in around 8PM yesterday night and had the most terrible experience i’ve ever had at this jack in the box. there should’ve been no reason i waited 25 minutes for my one meal to come out. i ordered a triple bonus meal and 3 chicken strips by themselves. i watched literally everyone who ordered AFTER me get their meals first. i asked Michelle who was working the front counter at the time about my order and all she said was “ they’re probably still working on it “ they’re working on my food after 20 minutes??? this isn’t chili’s, it’s jack in the box. there’s absolutely no reason my food should’ve taken that long. after waiting another 10 minutes, i got back up and asked the OTHER michelle about my order and she did nothing but give me a dirty ass attitude and told me that she had BARELY told the kitchen to start my order. on total it took them 27 minutes to give me my food. i work in fast food myself and if you don’t feel like coming into work to do your damn job, don’t come in. overall my experience was horrible and i wouldn’t recommend visiting this jack in the box anytime during the evening. get...

Immanuel is the only one who seems to care about getting everyone’s food out. the manager (i didn’t catch her name, older white lady), was absolutely slow and had no sense of urgency. i came through the drive through to get a 4 piece chicken strip, 4 tacos & a sweet tea. the tea was absolutely disgusting, and the woman in the drive through seemed to hate her job. when i got my food, we got all the way home before we realized they gave me EGG rolls and 2 tacos .. we go back to get the right meal, and the chicken was COLD even though it was “just out of the fryer” & instead of giving me what i ordered, the manager tried to give me 2 monster tacos. i see she was trying to help, or what she thought was helping, but after telling her that’s not what i ordered, she persisted & i declined. the whole trip, from original drive thru to having to go back was over an hour long, and none of it was good. this Jack in the Box was so much better before they remodeled it. thank you IMMANUEL for being so kind and friendly & efficient. they should really reconsider who they hire...

Visited this Jack in the Box drive through on 10/8/2024 at about 7:30 pm. I ordered 8 of the 2/$3.00 tacos and requested add tomato to all. The answer I received was, "We don't put tomatoes on our tacos." The voice was rude, abrupt and cold. I was confused, since I have requested adjustments/additions on visits to many different Jack in the Box locations during my travels. I then said, "OK, can I just buy a side of tomatoes? She said, We don't sell them like that. I don't even have a button for that." We drove on and took our business elsewhere. I have 12+ years experience in food and beverage service from fast food to upscale dining and this is so wrong on so many levels. You don't have a button for that? Really?
