I would generously say this Krystal location is okay status. To be honest I've had wonderful experiences with food and employees one or two times, but I have had just as many horrible experiences, not so much with the food, but definitely with the staff!!! I don't know if it is different shifts, different managers working at the time or what but you can tell a night and day difference when the quality employees are working and when they're not. Perfect example, unfortunately I am notorious for forgetting to order my drink in the Drive-Thru on one occasion I asked to have it added at the window where I paid, I was instructed by the employee that was not possible and I would have to go back around the complete building and get back in line if I wanted something to drink. Now how asinine ridiculous is that??? Last week I did yet the same thing again forgot to order my drink, I asked to add it at the window and the gentleman that was working that day and drive-thru could not have been more helpful. He was neatly kept with his uniform, looked professional as if he was out in the public and not at home in his jammies like some of their employees look, and was just as pleasant as he could be! He not only added my drink for me, he assured me that it was okay that I forgot it was not a problem. Totally love that experience to the point I would only go when he was working if I only knew his shift! Bottom line management needs to get together and do a serious makeover. Ps- customer service training is available and free online, I strongly suggest their employees sign up!

A FRIENDS AND I WENT TO KRYSTAL'S TWO NIGHTS AGO, WE GOT THEIR SPECIAL THAT THEY HAVE I LOVE YOU. COUPON WEIRD 20 NUGGETS CAN CRYSTALS FOR $10! SOUNDS LIKE A GREAT DEAL, AND IT IS A VERY GREAT DEAL, AND THE NUGGETS ARE WONDERFUL SHOCKING I KNOW BUT THEIR CHICKEN NUGGETS ARE AWESOME AND I DON'T LIKE CHICKEN NUGGETS, SO THAT IS SAYING A LOT! HERE'S WHERE THE PROBLEM COMES IN AS IT DOES 98% OF THE TIME AT THIS LOCATION AND IF IT WAS NOT 2 MINUTES FROM MY HOUSE I WOULD BANDIT FOR LIFE! SO WE WERE IN THE DRIVE-THRU LINE SO LONG MY CAR OVERHEATED AND I HAD TO TURN IT OFF AND PULL OUT OF THE DRIVE-THRU, WHICH WAS PERFECT TIMING BECAUSE I WAS BEING INSTRUCTED TO YOU KNOW THE DRILL, PULL UP AND WILL BRING YOUR ORDER OUT WHENEVER WE FEEL LIKE IT! WELL WE SAT THERE IN THE DRIVE-THRU FOR A TOTAL OF 42 MINUTES JUST FOR MY ONE LITTLE SPECIAL, WITH NO ADDITIONS, NO DRINKS, NOTHING FANCY OR HARD TO DO I NEED THIS TO SAY 40 + MINUTES LATER WHEN NO ONE HAS COME TO MY CAR I GET OUT TO RETURN INTO THE BUILDING ONLY TO MEET WITH A MANAGER ON DUTY THAT NIGHT, COMING AROUND THE COUNTER TO GIVE ME MY FOOD. DO YOU KNOW THIS WOMAN HAD THE NERVE SHE DID NOT SAY I APOLOGIZE, THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE, I DON'T LIKE YOU WHITE WOMAN SO I'M BEING RUDE, NOTHING! JUST DROPPED MY FOOD IN MY HANDS AND TURNED AROUND AND WALKED AWAY. WELL, I WENT TO RETRIEVE MY RECEIPT BECAUSE I KEEP THEM ALL LOL, ONLY TO FIND IT AND A REFUND SLIP FOR MY ORDERS BOTH IN MY BAG OF FOOD.... IMAGINE MY SHOCK AND HORROR I SAT AT THAT IN JUNKIE ESTABLISHMENT FOR ALMOST 45 MINUTES ONLY TO BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE AND TO TOP IT OFF THE MANAGER REFUNDED MY MEAL AND POCKETED MY MONEY! THERE IS A SPECIAL PLACE IN...

I visited this location on Sunday, April 18th around 10:30 pm and I don’t know where to begin. First, the lady who took my order and was probably the same one working the window was polite, friendly, courteous, efficient and professional. The food, well Krystals, y’all keep raising the bar. That time of night, honestly, I expect luke warm food from any food fast establishment. Nothing spectacular. But on this night, omgoodness y’all....my opinion Krystals already has the best fries out of all fast food chains and I was not disappointed. In fact, even more of a firm believer in my opinion. They were perfect and piping hot. I ordered the 3 chix combo and the chix were the exact crispy ness that I love, not rubbery or tough. And the right amount of Mayo with the perfect amount of pickles and the chicken was hot, not luke warm or mediocre, but hot and delicious!!! Y’all exceeded my expectations of fast food at that time of night. This particular location has never disappointed me and raised the bar for everyone else in my eyes this evening. I understand this location has been overwhelmed with negative reviews, however after tonight, I can clearly vouch that they are all true. I came through the drive thru to place an order. There was no greeting, just 'GO ahead with your order.' I came around to the drive thru and a young lady, with a birthmark on the right side of her neck, was the drive thru cashier. For about 5-10 minutes, I sat at the window and listened to her scream and cuss at the top of her lungs to her coworkers. I honestly thought a fight had broken out amongst them. I listened to her scream the entire time! Then when she did give me my order, she simply opened the window gave me my order and quickly closed the window back. No greeting, no thank you, nothing. I honestly don't know what happened inside, but I was quite nervous to sit there and listen to all of that go down. There needs to be a serious shift in employment at this location if it's even going to survive. If the owners are worth their salt, they will realize what kind of representation they have at that location and swiftly change it before the place...
