BoxDrop Huntsville — Local services in Huntsville

*I would like to add to the previous post regarding BoxDrop Huntsville and I really hope I’m able to get this post out and people are able to see it. When I went in to purchase a mattress, I assumed I purchased a Queen Sapphire Pillow Top, as you can see from my original post made the same day at Wendy’s request! Wendy led me to believe that I had purchased the Pillow Top mattress and that’s what’s on my receipt. When the OWNERS came to drop it off at my home a few days later, I saw the tag and noticed the difference and told them that that was not the mattress I purchased. The wife was adamant that it was and when I assured her that it was not and even showed her my receipt, the husband walked out of my home and got back in their truck leaving her to argue with me. The tag on the mattress they brought me clearly read Sapphire Eurotop. Now, while the Eurotop and the Pillow Top do have some similarities, I went in the store to purchase a Pillow Top. Wendy led me to believe that’s what I was buying, and that’s what was on my receipt. When they dropped it off at my home I should’ve fought harder for them to take it right then and there, but unfortunately I didn’t. I messaged Wendy and told her the situation believing she would help me since she knew what I purchased, but her only response was that the mattresses were the same! I googled Sapphire mattresses and they are definitely NOT the same mattresses! I told her that was not what I went in there for and that was not what I thought I was purchasing. I explained that I wanted my money back and she said they couldn’t do that. I have had nothing but problems with BoxDrop from the beginning and I would not recommend this store and sneaky salespeople to anyone!! If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Poor customer service. When salespeople and the owners lie to you, you better run....and fast! I wish I had....

Talk about service....we are currently shopping and will be buying our matress here. The service, attitude and knowledge are second to none. Do yourself a favor and buy here! Mike

*UPDATE MAY 11....OMG SERVICE. So we needed another bed in our home and it took all of 20 mins to find and purchase. Delivery in 1hour. Jerica thank you so much for the service and kind attitude. Recommended big time to get any kind of bed....10...

Cliff Connor helped me with my purchase at the Huntsville location and I couldn't be happier! He was completely available for my last minute self, worked very well round my sporadic schedule, had inventory galore!, and delivered it to my house same day!! Him and his son were such nice, happy, easy going and reliable people I'll be happy to buy from in the future....
