I hate to write this review as I am a very patient person and I understand companies have bad days sometimes but unfortunately I am going to cause Iāve had it with this location. What im about to explain is simply what happened this morning, however after having multiple and I mean like 10+ incidents similar to this have occurred to me personally at this location over the span of a year and I feel as if though this is very needed. This morning I was in a rush to get to work so I stopped by to grab breakfast, I ordered a sausage McMuffin, a hash brown, and a pumpkin spice coffee with add-ins, and when I pull up to the window, they tell me āhey- we donāt have any pumpkin spiceā Iām sitting here thinking like okay, no big deal- they run out all the time. She asked if I wanted any other kind of drink and I told her just a caramel coffee would be fine, but I let her know I had paid for two extra pumpkin syrup and two caramel drizzles in the cup. She didnāt offer any kind of refund, so I tried to explain it was fine if she could just use caramel for all the add ins I paid for instead of pumpkin whice was an extra like 2-3 dollars, she didnāt seem to understand what I was talking about And I had to repeat myself about six times with her only response to being uh huh and hm. I kept trying to explain it to her, but she cut me off and told me to just pull forward, so Iām sitting here thinking oh maybe she understood and I was over explaining and she was getting annoyed. Again- no big deal. I pull forward and Iām sitting there and a young girl comes up to bring me my coffee, Asked me if I got a coffee, I said yes she handed it to me and walks away without a word. It had no light ice, not only did it not have the two drizzles I ordered, it didnāt have drizzle AT ALL- OR ANY OF THE ADD INS I PAID FOR. It was just a plain coffee, but at this point, Iām already running late so I just drove away. Absolutely ruined my morning. And since Iām already writing this, Iām also going to give a quick run down about some of the other situations Iāve had to deal with here. I can recall about 3 specific times when I ordered food from the lunch menu here, and SPECIFICALLY during lunch when I have gotten food and found a hair or multiple hairs in my food, and I always seem to get cold fries whenever I order them here. For example, I found a very long black hair in my McFlurry around 2ish months ago, I didnāt make a fuss about it because they never do anything to really redeem themselves but I decided I donāt have a lot of faith in McDonaldās anymore and Iām not coming back for awhile. And now I decided to give it a try again this morning then and all this happens. Iāve had a multitude of occasions where the cashiers have been rude about it when Iāve come in to address these problems nicely, and they donāt file any kind of report for it they just offer to remake it and try to send me off, which at that point when I have someone elseās hair in my mouth I donāt really want to eat there again I just want a refund.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreokay, iām going into DETAIL about my experience today. i walked into mcdonaldās with my friend today at around 6:35pm to get some drinks and get a small happy meal, i ordered 2 large freezes, 1 blue razz and 1 coke, 1 large lemonade (the WHOLE reason i went in the first place.) 1 hamburger happy meal with a small orange juice, and a large fountain drink. the manager thatās running around screaming at EVERYONE calls out my number and sets my happy meal and 2 freezes down, looks at me and my friend with a rude look and in an angry voice says āare you kk?ā we say yes and she stomps away. we wait a few mins standing up front waiting for the rest of our order and also so i can ask to switch my cola freeze out for a blue razz because the coke tasted like straight dog water. eventually she comes up without saying a word and just stares at us, i forgot to mention i was missing more than half my order and just asked to switch my freeze, she stared at me for 5 seconds like i just football punted a child. a boy comes back with my freeze and i tell him iām missing a small orange juice and a large cup but i forgot to mention my missing lemonade, he kindly brings my juice and cup but i kindly remind him with a chuckle iām missing a large lemonade, a few seconds later i hear that horrible managers SCREECHING voice say āNOW THEY THINK THEYRE MISSING A LEMONADE?!?ā as if i donāt have the receipt in my hand. it takes a minute but someone comes back and sets down a warm, medium lemonade with NO ICE in front of me and walks away like i ruined their whole day. if you seriously want costumers to come back i suggest you fix their order when asked kindly or get it right in the first place. i work in a highly popular fast food restaurant so i get how hard a dinner rush can be but i genuinely CANNOT understand how you can be so agitating and bad at it at the same...

It took about 10 minutes to order in the lobby because nobody was paying any attention to customers inside the store and I had to keep addressing the staff to get my order taken. After waiting another 15 minutes or so, asking several times how much longer until we would get our food, only to get excuses from the rude female employee about how they are trying to catch up and work the drive through and never receiving an answer while making us late for a reservation we had, we finally told them to cancel our order. This is supposed to be FAST food, not a 30 minute venture for two breakfast sandwiches. We received NO food and have received NO refund. Meanwhile all the cars that had been pulling in the drive thru AFTER I walked inside the store kept pulling out of the drive thru. Seems all they cared about were the ones in the drive thru and nobody else. So take note: If you want timely service, go through the drive thru or better yet, just donāt eat here.
Tried calling the store about my refund and it was busy the 15 times I tried to call. Finally I made a call to the customer service complaint line and they supposedly emailed this store. Itās the next day, over 24 hours later and I have had zero response from the store. I called the complaint line back and left a message for Crystal and received no return call from there either. I called the store again and it finally rang. Rang, and rang, and rang, and rang some more. Nobody ever answered. I called the complaint line back several hours later after not received a call from them nor the store, but this time I blocked my number and Crystal answered. I got the same ol song and dance, she is sorry, this is unacceptable, she emailed and texted them again, blah, blah, blah.
