Millie's Cuisine — Restaurant in Huntsville

I work just down the road and had no idea Millies was here. I called in hoping to order the same day and she explained orders are normally the day ahead but she'd call me back shortly after to see if she expected to have some she could give me.

She called back just as she said she would and was able to get me some food! I went by to pick it up (note: no seating, curbside pickup only) and walked it back to my office and dug in.

So much flavor. Really awesome food! I even ate all 3 samosas I had ordered alongside my meal 😂 I had the Nyama Kaanga (Sautéed beef with onions and tomatoes), rice and beans. The beans had a little sweetness (I'm assuming from the coconut milk sauce), and the beef and rice were packed with spices.
