I ordered online at night around 8 - two footlong sandwiches and one was a meal. I had a coupon that said got applied but didnt, not the restaurant’s fault but still made me upset. I had the first DoorDash driver call me at 8:30 and said they were out of bread. I looked for a way to cancel my order through the app, it linked to the restaurant phone number. I called the restaurant and nobody answered. Apparently only the restaurant can cancel the order, but they were insisting I had to cancel it somehow. They didn’t turn their DoorDash app off so since my order couldn’t be fulfilled, 5 delivery drivers were sent over there and I spent 2 hours answering calls and explaining I knew they were out of bread but the manager had to cancel my order and wouldn’t. I called the store 3 or 4 more times and nobody answered. Finally, the last driver asked if I just wanted wraps instead so I said yeah because apparently there’s no way to get refunds from this god forsaken place and by then it was 10 and I had already eaten. Then after trying to apply the coupons a few times I gave up and just gave my card information. When I hit submit I got an error message saying they didn't have something that i ordered. I hit the ok button and it sent me back to the beginning screen. When I looked at the cart it didn't show any of my food. I looked it my account and they had taken the money out of my account twice. So I decide to go to the store to see if it had went through after calling a few times. No answer. When I get there they said they didn't have my order and that it takes some time to come in for online orders.
