Extremely negative experience with the female Subway employees working Saturday, July 30th during the 4PM hour at the Old Madison Pike location. I ordered on the Subway app for delivery.
The DoorDash driver Karla L. brought an incorrect order. When you order online and for example order an ACTUAL BOTTLE OF COCA COLA the female weekend employees will give you a fountain drink full of ice. THIS IS FRAUD and not an ISOLATED INCIDENT with incorrect orders. The sandwich was also incorrect as well. The only thing correct i.e. not missing or inaccurate were the bag of Lay's chips.
Karla L. was dishonest because she insisted she would return with the correct order she did not. The Doordash call representative could not get in contact with Karla L the driver but was more than happy to file a complaint against Karla L. I also forwarded the video recording with CLEAR AUDIO of Karla L stating she would return with my correct order. I emailed the video to Doordash.
My primary angst is the chronic and unprofessional behavior of the NON-FAMILY EMPLOYEES at the Old Madison Pike location on July 30th. When I called about the incorrect order Saturday, July 30th at 4:20PM the NON-FAMILY EMPLOYEE was rude, vulgar and unprofessional. I was nice to her. Had to ask her name several times. I will forward the recorded call to the (manager FAMILY) Haseh on Monday. The rude woman is named Natasha who answered the Old Madison Pike Subway phone at 4:20PM claimed she was a weekend manager. You don't want such a person working for you. This is the older short woman in her 40s Natasha is always taking smoke breaks IF you go to the actual physical location. Natasha speaks as if she has a weight on her tongue. It is a slurred speech not a speech impediment. She always seems to be abrupt and abrasive in my observations with other customers. I was the recipient of Natasha's rude behavior today.
I will no longer patronize this Subway based on my negative experience with the two female employees I spoke to on the phone. The second woman was also evasive and spoke in circles. Shameful to conduct business in such a manner.

I visited 1 in Charleston SC, was in there maybe twice a week for 6 months, both bathrooms out of order. FOR 6 MONTHS? But i saw the employees (all family) go in and out regularly. They didnt take coupons, give napkins, and their drink machine was broke most of the time. Tips? Why? Did you bring me food, no. Did you come refill my drink, no. You dont serve and if youre underpaid then ask your boss, ya know? Your freakin dad, but dont look at me for a tip, i dont tip just because you come from another country. This one here tgat the review is for is not as bad but theyre from the same country and ask for a tip. Thats inappropriate at Subway. Im a plumber. I come in peoples house and sometimes i have to crawl thru stuff i wont mention. I dont wear a sign asking for tips, and in 40+ years of this ive gotten about $200 in tips and $100 of that was just 2 tips that i got in the last 3 years. Read moreThis franchise is in stark contrast with some others around this area. The employees seem happy, treated well, and they are happy to do as the customer requests, and they don't skimp you on your food like some other Subways around here do. If you order extra, they clearly give you extra.
They also always treat people well here. They've come to know me because I go there almost every day now, and they know what I want (same thing every day lol).
