Good for dine-in but not takeout. Ordered 2 slushies. They gave them to me in a bag and I placed them on the floor. On the first stop sign they both tipped over and spilled on my cars carpet. I went back to get the same order and paid another $16. This time I decided to put them in my cupholders but the cups are really tall and skinny, and the lids fit very loosely. So even holding the cups gently caused the lid to slide off and spill some of the slush. I also had to stuff small objects in my cupholders so the cups wouldn't move around. And I drove with one hand so the cups wouldn't tip and spill again. Spending $30+ and having to clean my carpet was not a pleasant experience. Please change the cups you use for something...
Read moreProbably the tastiest teas I've ever tried and I've had Thai tea thousands of places (I had the traditional Thai tea and my mom had the peach oolong tea with coconut milk). They were the perfect amount of sweetness, & we both loved that you can pick your sugar content. Also the drinks are obviously made with the freshest most high quality ingredients available, & yet at a reasonable price! The customer service was top notch & I am a bit of a customer service expert & have very high expectations. And the chic, beautiful, & relaxing decor was the cherry on top! My new favorite spot. Read moreI've been here a couple times now and the experience has been fine. Customer service isn't outstanding, but courteous enough. I've tried a couple different menu items and they've been good. Tea is strong enough, which is important. The boba pearls are sometimes hard, which happens if they're either not cooked long enough or if they've been cooked and sitting for a while. This is the sole reason I didn't give the shop 5 stars. I really like that they offer the small sized cups too, especially for those with me who are just along for the ride and aren't obsessed with tea...
