Burger King is one of my favorite fast food places and, for what it is, I don't typically have problems with the food.
Two days ago I came in and ordered through the app, because there was a deal there but couldn't find an option to get that deal by ordering at the register. I placed my order, took a seat, and a few minutes later my number was called. Easy process and great service from what looked like a newer cashier!
Fast forward to today. Same thing: had a deal on the app that I couldn't find a way to get a register code for, so I placed it on the app and took a seat.
I'm a semi regular here, and recognized the person up front as someone I'm pretty sure is on management, since every time I see them they're barking around orders, talking pretty off to the people in the kitchen in front of all the customers and generally loud. I've never had a bad experience around them, but I also don't usually interact with them outside of giving my order and listening to them being loud.
It's a pretty slow day and after 30 minutes of waiting, I walk up and him if they have an order for my number, and that's when their true colors showed up. They said "oh, that's you? Why didn't you come up here and say anything earlier?! I'm not some kind of mind reader, how am I supposed to know what your name is?!" I tried to explain that when I came in a few days ago and did the same thing, they just called my number, but they cut me off immediately with a "if you're here to pick up an order from the app you need to let me know! I thought you were just sitting here chilling." As if my intention was to come in and just chill for 30 minutes without doing anything. After that, they shoved the bag of food in my direction, which has a reciept on it which clearly reads "DINE IN," not pick up or delivery, and "ORDER #××." Apparently though, even as management, that's not enough information for them to figure out what to do that I'm supposed to know to go tell them I'm putting an order in through the app from inside the restaurant. After giving me my food, they just rudely said "I don't have the drink you ordered." and stared at me like that was my problem when I had already paid. I guess they expected me to just say "oh well" and walk away after already having spent the money. I asked if I could get something to replace it to which they scoffed, shoved a small fountain drink drink cup in my face that's not even the same price as the drink I paid for, then say "I don't want to hear your attitude, so don't give me any of that!". Even the employees in the kitchen were laughing about the situation, whether they were laughing at me or the manager I don't know.
I took my food, had a seat, and started eating. The food was already partially cold from sitting there for probably 20 minutes, and the whole time I could hear the manager loudly talking to his employees about me the entire time I was there.
Again, food was fine, if not a bit cold. But that was the first time I experienced that kind of horrible service, and from the management no less, when just a few days prior I had great service from what seemed like new employees.
Read a few recent reviews before posting this, and it seems like it's been a common trend, so I'm here to chime in and say it's pretty true. Not the restaurant's fault that it has bad management, so I won't say stay away, but definitely avoid this guy. You'll identify him immediately if you come in just by how loud they always are.
Quick edit: went back there today, because I can't bring myself to miss out on the only BK in town just because of one employee, and was lucky enough to run into the cashier from earlier. I asked, and her name is Tia. Thanked her for her excellent service and if you see her there, I can say she'll get...

The problem was. I ordered the number one combo, which comes with a burger, fries, and a drink for $11 and change. At the window, the employee said my order was $19 and change. I corrected him, explaining I ordered the number one combo. Since I paid by phone, it took a minute to confirm the charge. Upon checking my bag, I found he gave me the wrong food. The receipt was torn in half, the part where they charge me was missing, so I checked my bank account and saw the $19 charge. They got me missd up, I returned inside, spoke with the window employee, who apologized and offered to correct the order. As I was talking to the guy who took my order, another guy walked from behind the counter and stood behind me, acting weird. I kept an eye on him, thinking he might swing at me from behind. When the order-taker went to get my burger, the other guy walked back behind the counter and asked, 'What's up? You good? I just ignored him, with a look that said 'stop talking to me. I’m thinking to my self you were lurking behind me like you wanted to sneak up on me and swing on me, and then talking about “what’s up? you good?” That’s some street slang people use when you want to try someone, The other employee returned with my burger, me & the disrespectful guy exchanged words; he told the guy who took my order. I didn’t speak to him, he got mad, The other employee asked if he knew me, he said no, and I don’t know this disrespectful guy, so the guy who took my order pushed the guy causing trouble to the back of the kitchen asking him was he good, and told me he's all about keeping the peace. I agreed, and left with my food. After eating this food, I became stomach sick; corporate needs to visit this Burger King and so does the...
Read more“Oh my god” - We came in town tonight at 11:00pm to get some last minute food and saw that Burger King was open until 12! So yay! We come up to the speaker to order and the gentleman said they couldn’t make the chicken wrap because they didn’t have the chicken tenders, so I asked if he could maybe make it with chicken nuggets seeing as he didn’t say that there was any chicken nuggets. He said no, he would not make that either, so we asked if they had any Chicken at all and he said that they had no chicken, which was fine with us. We just proceeded with the order and drove up to the window to pay. When checking the bag, there was no ranch for the jalapeño poppers that we ordered so I turned to ask the man if he would give us ranch for the jalapeño poppers and as I was asking, he shut the window in our faces. So then I drove up front to the front door to try to come inside, the door said that they were to be unlocked during operational hours. But when I tried both doors, they were all locked. So we went back through the drive-through and politely asked if we could have some ranch. He then proceeded to loudly sigh and very sarcastically say, “oh my God., pull around.” When we get to the window, he basically threw the ranch at us and slam the door in our...
