I was a bit disappointed with my most recent experience with ordering delivery on the Little Caesars mobile app at the Huntsville, TX store. As a new app user, I had to create an account with all my info. I ordered two pizzas and some sauces. I proceeded to check out put in all my info, payment info etc. I was at my neighbor's house and wanted the pizza delivered there. Since my info didn't match, I called the store to make sure they would deliver to the address I put in for delivery and not my own address. First, I was told that they don't deliver. I said your website says you do. I was told they couldn't look up and online order to confirm the address. I asked for the manager who told me the delivery is through door dash not them directly. The website does not make this clear. Never in the process was I told online it would go through door dash. Not able to verify the delivery address and feeling let down about the delivery process, I canceled the order. I was told I would have to await a refund. I soon received a text from door dash telling me they were on the way to pick up my order for delivery. They also stated there was going to be an additional fee of $5 for this service. A service for which I was never made aware of. Thinking the order was canceled I didn't respond. About 30 min later I got a call from a nice woman telling me she was picking up my order, but it was canceled. That when an order is canceled it was also mandatory to cancel the door dash order. She had her supervisor call me to confirm and also not charge me for the delivery which now couldn't happen. FYI: I was told the fee is cheaper to order though door dash. The thing that still bothers me after looking at the Little Caesars web site is that they do not tell you the delivery is via door dash and that you incur additional fees. Also, my credit card information was shared with a company I didn't and wouldn't have done business with had I known. I know this was long but I want people to be aware of this. At lease the other pizza places are up front when you order online and make you aware of the...
Read moreWell. Where to start. I placed my order in the app at 6:13pm. I arrived at 6:50. Sat in the car for 15 minutes. It was supposed to be ready by 7. Wroooong. We got out of there at 8pm. The manager, Ada is horrible. Rude to customers, even worse to the two new employees she was training. The cashier it was her VERY FIRST day. She is the only reason the service got more than 1 star. But every time she needed help with things Ada would give her mad attitude and was very snappy with her and rude. It made EVERYONE who was in the lobby uncomfortable because she was extra LOUD with the disrespect. The poor cashier looked like she was going to cry several times in the hour we stood inside. She was not helpful. She made that poor cashier AFRAID to ask for help. On her first day. Can you imagine? That’s not how you treat employees. And then the way she spoke to us customers. The constant attitude and eye rolls to DoorDash drivers trying to get their orders. She kept slamming everything on the counters when it came out of the oven. She damaged multiple pizzas because she was slamming things so hard. Every customer who’s order she brought out front she slammed on the counter too. She straight took over a dozen pizzas and THREW them in the corner behind the counter, behind the tall pizza lock box things. That’s not how you train employees. That’s not how you treat or speak to employees. That’s not how you treat customers or handle the food. She was just the worst. Very unprofessional. She needs to do better or she needs to be fired and replaced with...
Read moreWent to get pizza , crazy combo and the pepperoni puffs service is kind of slow due to 2 people working but the problem started when my puffs were literally almost flat so I go back in to exchange them. Had to ask the manager to do it. She asked which ones I ordered told her pepperoni, she tells the young man that she doesn't believe he gave me the wrong ones but I let that go. She doesn't bother to tell me that they don't have any ready she processed to make more. At this point there is a line forming in the store I have a 30 minute drive home don't really want to stand there and wait so I ask her to just exchange it for a crazy combo well she gives me the bread and walks off. So one of the other customers asks if I want the crazy sauce I'm like yes so he hands it to me. The young man behind the counter was really nice just overwhelmed. The MANAGER IS FLAT OUT RUDE. I really try to be understanding of places that are short staffed but there wasn't any reason for her to act like that other customers made comments about it. Companies wonder why they can't get good help LOOK AT...
