I'm not quite sure what it is about the Wendy's locations in the Huntsville/Madison area, but it's never a pleasant experience. Honestly, it's never even a mid experience. You either get 0/10 or -1000/10, no inbetween. In my brief stay in the area I've managed to stop at multiple different stores, a few more than once(Garlic Parmesan nuggets & chocolate frosty's are my weakness 🤤), and the employees always come off caddy, rude, arrogant, etc. or cold, indifferent, aloof. Either way, they clearly are miserable and don't want to be there, which I also understand and empathize with, but something I learned during my 10+ years in restaurant/retail is that the customers aren't your enemy. 9/10 they're going through things, just like you are or might have just gotten work from some other soul sucking isolating job. Regardless, the customer is never the one to aim your frustrations towards. Anyways... The food has been consistently lukewarm or just blatantly cold, along with being made incorrectly, even though I didn't ask for any alterations to any of my purchases, and several are giving out incorrect sized drinks/frosty's/fries/etc. Maybe management is pushing that trying to make up for lost product hoping the customers won't notice or comment on it if they do. Speaking of the management, they have the same disrespectful arrogant vibe that the crew members do, as if I'm blessed to have gotten the tiniest bit of their attention or even part of my order made correctly. I'll admit that bigger metropolitan cities tend to have less empathetic population overall, but these experiences were on a...
Read moreZERO STARS IS TOO GENEROUS. If i could give this place negative stars I would. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at ANY business. My husband and I went through the drive through and when he started ordering the employee taking our order kept cutting my husband off and wouldn’t let him finish with our order. I was attempting to tell him what I wanted to order and she began yelling through the speaker at us to hurry up. I said “just give us a second” to which she replied “you’re the passenger and I was not talking to you I don’t need to give you a second you’re not ordering”. At this point I’m so appalled I could not believe how ridiculous this poor excuse of a human was acting. I told my husband we would just take our money elsewhere and the employee continued to yell through the drive through speaker that we could “pull up to the window and she would show us” as if she was trying to start a physical fight. My husband pulled up to the window and calmly said “you can’t treat your customers like this” to which the child started screaming again that she didn’t need to give us a second and she wasn’t talking to the passenger. All while about four of her coworkers stood next to her, just staring. Another girl finally came to the window and her ONLY RESPONSE WAS “well are you going to drive back around and order or not”. We left and won’t ever spend a cent at this establishment again. I don’t care what the circumstances are, you do not treat people this way and absolutely nothing was done to rectify the situation. If i had the owners number, I would be...
Read moreIf I could negative stars I would. We got there at 1030. They came and switched the menu signs from breakfast to lunch. I was asked to hold at the monitor, no big deal. But then it took them 8 minutes to come back and ask what I'd like to order- A sandwich and chicken nuggets with 3 frostys. Then we waited for 16 minutes at the window and not one person said "it's going to be few minutes, we're waiting in x". They kept walking by. 3 employees and the Manger were standing at the window. When the food finally came, the left a frosty out. The employee said you only paid for 2. And I said I ordered 3 at the monitor and 2 of them should have been free with my frosty cards. She said "well, I'm just telling you, don't get smart with me." And I said excuse me and she said "I SAID DONT GET SMART WITH ME" and I said , "I'm sorry, I have been wait for 16 minutes and not one person has said anything to us." And she just shut the window and said "pshhhh" and walked off. The manager was standing right there. She said nothing. So I said excuse me are you the manager and she said yes. I said " ok, well I'm not sure if you heard what your employee just said to me but we have been waiting for over 15 minutes at this window that you have walked by multiple times and have seen the same person sitting here. Not one person has said anything and I'm just trying to get what I ordered. And she said "oh sorry, I didn't know." She did get me the frosty, but she did not apologize for the actions of the employee, which was completely uncalled for and rude. We will never eat...
