Wendy's — Restaurant in Huntsville

There is a woman there that is very short, real skinny, black but light skin, a chubby face, hair that is pulled back into a thin ratty ponytail. She wears a grey Wendy’s shirt so I assume she must be some type of team lead (way to go on you’re 10.75 an hour, miss.) Since she and another employee refused to give me her name, that’s her description. The amount of entitlement and petty behavior from this staff member was unreal. I do Doordash on the side for fun and extra money - I’ve got plenty of it thanks to my husband and his career in missile defense. Anyway, I’m sort of on a time crunch to meet the delivery time ETA. I pull up and as usual the line is wrapped around the building. But since I’m a dasher, I pull into a parking spot and I try to enter the lobby. Both doors are locked and its 1:30pm. There are 2 signs posted to the doors that say the lobby is open for mobile orders and delivery, so I’m confused on why its locked. I call the store to resolve the issue, I’m greeted with “hello” and I ask why the doors are locked “is closed” the lady says, and then I tell her that there are signs that say otherwise for Doordashers. She says “ya but we iz short staffed”. What does that have to do with a delivery order? So I hang up and pull into the drive thru to wait. When I get up to the window, this grey shirt skinny woman comes up “Are you the lady that called and hung up in mah face” I tell her yes. She closes the window and alerts the other staff members to not serve me. She makes me wait as long as possible. I guess she was taking her anger out on me because I’m out here and she’s in there covered in grease and scraping coins by for her meager wage, but that’s not my fault. Just wanted to share my experience before escalating this to corporate. Don’t worry miss, I’ll find out your name but I think this description and what type of car you drive...

Got a couple of sandwiches delivered via Door Dash tonight.... Door Dash was great! On time, food was hot, great communication. The food itself - not as much. Pretty disappointed in you, Wendy's. One sandwich was as-ordered; but the other was a wreck. It was the new Spicy Jalapeno Chicken Sandwich - first off, it was grilled. The sandwich doesn't even give you the option to choose grilled! It's advertised as their spicy chicken sandwich, topped with jalapenos, bacon, crispy onions, cheese, and two sauces (cheese and smokey jalapeno). While our other sandwich looked great, this one literally looked as if it had been just thrown in the wrapper. Plus, as mentioned, it was grilled chicken - not what we ordered. And... no crispy onions (one of the best toppings). Were they out maybe? Not sure.... Anyways - the sandwiches tasted ok, I guess. The good sandwich was good. The spicy one - bland. Cause grilled chicken is pretty bland. And the crispy onions were definitely missed. The worst part was that what I ordered wasn't what was on the receipt or what was in the bag. I can't figure out how they got the grilled chicken part, honestly (which was the worst offense). I know, I know - first world problems here lol. It's just that we've had problems with this specific Wendy's before (Sparkman Dr., Huntsville) - and were just hoping - with a written order for delivery - that they would come through this time. Guess we'll be driving up the road to the University drive...

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! We sat in line well over 10 minutes for 2 4piece nuggets and a small fry...the lady was was rude and RATCHET as hell! She rushed us to order... wouldn't let us speak to her..kept cutting us off while trying to order our food.

Then we finally made it to the window to pay..and she extra snappy then. She kinda snatched the money we when paid.. she read the order back with major attitude as of she didn't want to be bothered. When she gave us our change she did not give us a receipt she didn't think us and wish us a good day or anything she literally stuck her head back in the window push the window up hard as hell and watched us as we pulled off to go to the next window to get our food.

And it only gets worse from here...when we got the food... EVERYTHING WAS COLD AND OLD...we asked to speak to management..the same lady who took our order came up and told is " uh da managah busy right nie ma'am...whatchu need help wit?"🤔 Just as she saying that we saw a manager walk right up behind her with food and said "dis ain't they food no how?"🤦🏽‍♀️ "Here it go right hea".the handed us another grease soaked bag with even more cold food hammed inside it...SMH we sent it back and asked for a refund..and make cashier came and asked us to just pull up they will bring us food out. Against my better judgement..we pulled up and waited another 13-20 minutes..nobody came out..we went in and got refunds. When I tell u I will NEVER visit this...
