So we have been eating out and grabbing pickup at various restaurants more than I’d like to admit the last few weeks. And we have been on a terrible streak of bad experiences. Cold food, shitty food, bad service, missing meals, etc. And we wanted to find a place that would get us out of our slump. Our only requirement was that it was a guaranteed hit. We chose and trusted you out of every restaurant north of route 20. Our first visit actually. We’ve heard wonderful things and thought we’d trust it. We came in about 11:40a looking for breakfast/brunch. And we missed it. But Barb was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and busy. Patiently walked us around the menu. We trusted her recommendation on sauerkraut balls, lasagna (added meatballs), a chicken bacon sandwich, chicken fingers for our son and of course fries. Food came out fast; like real fast. (It was damn near a full house.) Hot and fresh. Everything was so tasty and so well made. We grabbed some pies to go. I got into the banana cream for dinner that night. And again—it was tasty and so well made. Bravo. I ain’t shit but kudos to your whole team. Your whole operation. Really. We left fully impressed and proud to see such a tip-top operation. …and grateful. Thank you. ***I’m sorry I didn’t get better pics. Injustice for anyone who reads this.

Small town restaurant with a big town menu. Wow, Berardi's restaurant is a hidden surprise! The wait to be seated during lunch was not bad, maybe 15 minutes. Inside and out of the building was spotless. Seating is a little tight, especially if you have a large group or wheelchair, but they will accommodate. Linda was our fantastic server, making everyone feel special! My older daughter loved her freshly made seafood bisque, very marketable, and raved about the larger than expected Fruit & Nut salad. Speaking for my own plate, the Reuben was incredible and savory, I would order that again. My husband had the Philly cheesesteak, being unfamiliar with the recipe he was wanting more on it like additional cheese or a sauce to moisten it up. My youngest daughter really enjoyed the Italian Grilled Cheese. Afterwards, we split a Lemon Tart that was perfect since we were full. Linda gave us extra cups for our drinks and was such a speedy & wonderful server. Bathrooms were clean and had a baby changing station available. Thank you for making our mini-vacation great! We will definitely return when we come back to visit.

The Good: The place is super clean. From restrooms to dining area. Spotless. The decor. Pleasant. Comfy. Relaxed. Welcoming The cost. Very reasonable. Two ppl. Two patty melts with frys. Two ice teas. To pies. $36.00 The Bad. The service. There was only 3 tables with customers. We waited to be seated over 15 minutes while multiple employees looked at us. Then we waited about 15 minutes more to put in our drink order. Offer of refills on ice tea took a while too. I dont feel like I should go through 1/2 my meal with out a refill The Excellent. The Food. The patty melt was really good. Thick patty on thick grilled bread. Melted cheese. Lots of large frys. The ones that they sold at cedar point till 1978. The Pie... OMG was that good. I had the best Banana cream pie In my life.. I will be going to just buy whole pies In the future.

Stopped in on a reference from a local business man. Asked about the seafood bisque soup they brought a sample of both soups of the day. The seafood bisque was amazing(and iim not a seafood soup guy.) the other was a nice take on chicken and dumplings also worth a try. But my friend and i had the bisque. Then Ellen our nice waitress brought out fresh rolls. Hot crispy and soft in the middle with fresh soft butter. I had the chipotle burger. Fresh hand made Angus beef Patty, Monterey jack, jalapeños chipotle sauce, nice bun. Very good not to spicy. REALLY good fries. My friend had the lasagna it was about a pound, had a meat sauce and cheese everywhere, he ate half. As we are truckers I keep threating to eat the rest when he falls asleep. Looks like what my grandma and mom used to make. Then we had to have the home made pie I had the coconut cream, i f the fridge was bigger I would have gotten a whole one. I think I made love to it, or it made love to me, either way i was sticky and happy. My friend had cream cheese pecan. Looked good, but I was in love with my pie, so I didn't look twice. I would say this is the best home cooking type meal I've had in last six months on the road. My friend didn't say much that's saying alot. Atmosphere comfortable, waitress busy but good, drinks stayed full. Bathrooms small but clean. My conclusion if you haven't waited tables you don't know how hard it is to keep smiling at grumpy demanding people. If you come into a place happy and treat people good you will get treated fair. If that is not good learn how to cook. Thank you I hope I can come...

Absolutely RIDICULOUS service here. My family and I just tried to go here for brunch. When we came in, the hostess said they just needed to clear a table for the four of us. She then proceeded to either go talk to her coworkers in the back or stand at the hostess stand doing nothing, while another employee was cleaning the table at a snail’s pace. A pair of women came in and were seated immediately. Then another large party came in, and when the hostess asked if they were ok with lunch (they stopped serving breakfast at 11, it was now 10 past), they said that they had called and someone from the restaurant told them they served breakfast until 12. The hostess told them that wasn’t true, so the woman said “ok bye,” and the family left. By now, the table which was being cleared for us was ready as well as another table which I’m sure was ready the whole time. However, the hostess was not at the hostess stand, but rather she was chumming it up some more with her coworkers in the kitchen. We heard her LOUDLY re-enacting the situation with the family that came and left to her coworkers, in front of us and everyone in the restaurant. Incredibly inappropriate, unprofessional, and rude to a laughably embarrassing degree. So we left. We came for the expected good food, but too bad we never got to try it due to the terribly service. I’m sure the hostess went and talked crap about us leaving too. I didn’t catch the hostess’ name, but whoever was working today (8/17) at 11am needs to be fired or have a very...

Around 8 AM today, I visited this place with a group of gal pals and felt incredibly nervous. I struggle with contamination OCD—and eating out is one of my biggest stressors. I scanned around for something safe in my mind on the menu and decided on sourdough toast, though was unsure if only settling on a side dish was optional.

The place was definitely busy, but the waitresses and servers were so incredibly kind and helpful. Constantly refilling drinks without being asked, but not in an annoying way. When my order was being taken, I told the waitress (a blond woman) about my OCD and asked if toast as a side dish was okay. She immediately reassured me and told me it was absolutely an option. When she brought the toast out, she reassured me again and told me I had nothing to be ashamed of; it is part of who I am, which instantly made me feel safer and more comfortable to eat. And how such a simple plate of toasted bread could taste so delicious! That was another plus.

When I was finished, I went to thank her again and she pulled me into a sidehug and told me it was no problem at all. I left that place feeling not only satisfied and comfortable, but with a bit of hope to come back and try something out of my comfort zone.

Thank you very much. If someone reading the reviews potentially suffers with the same condition, I recommend giving this place a chance. All my friends loved their...
