Phil's Philly Grill — Restaurant in Hurst

Greetings, My family and I usually frequent this location several times a month..we were there this afternoon to purchase 3 large combo meals $50 (Philly cheese sandwiches) and we specified items for each meal. Upon arriving home and opening our meals, we noticed each sandwich wasn’t prepared correctly. We called back and spoke with a manager. Mind you I traveled 11 miles each way just to pickup our food. The person I spoke with suggested I go to McDonalds to purchase sandwiches because he did on yesterday, and his order wasn’t correct, so they offered him 1/2 off due to their mistake. So he felt like I should accept the same offer from him. WHAT!! Then he said drive back to our location and we’ll add the items we omitted. He was very rude and uncooperative about their mistake and refused to make it right other than drive BACK out 11 miles in the rain. So with that said, that’s our LAST visit their.. I refuse to spend my hard earned money and get that type of service.

I am from the Northeast and have been to Gino's and Pat's in Philly. And all I have to say is WOW, I love this place. Not only is their beef legit, but they chop it just right.

I usually get the Phil's Classic with mushrooms, onions, peppers, and provolone cheese with a side of tator tots (YUM). They also have fries, and onion rings. Plus they have a choice of regular or pink lemonade (I get pink).

You can add also tomatos, lettuce, and mayo with your order as well.

This place is a bit pricey but SOOOo worth it! Employees there are nice too,...

Bad customer service it was 8:50 pm still 10 mins before closing and the young lady said we are closed and I asked don’t you close at 9pm and she said the mall closes at 9pm so I asked her when do you all close? She did not respond so I asume they wanted to leave right at 9pm which is not good for business, if it was 9pm or like 8:58 pm I’d understand but 10 mins? These young people don’t want to work they should do something about it last time I waste my gas and money here no matter how good the sandwiches are, respect your schedule or...
