Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Hutchinson

First time brought my granddaughter and there was one parking place in front of the store and there was an employee parked in the spot. Is that so he can get to his car freaky fast and let the customer walk across the parking lot. Next time we decided to eat there cuz the granddaughter wanted to eat there again, so we went inside. The music was so loud I thought I was in a nightclub. Told the male cashier with more jewelery in his face than my wife was wearing on her whole body, how loud it was, instead of turning it down we shouted above it. On my way out ( because it was too loud to eat in there ) a employee shouted at the top of her lungs" Have a nice day" pretty suts she was mocking me. And just because my granddaughter likes this place why did I find her bag in the backseat with all the toppings and the ends of the bread ( which was hard as a rock ) in the bag. Subway may not deliver ( but really a two mile delivery radius isn't resrea delivery ) I get a customized sandwich on soft...

If I could rate it a zero I would but I cannot so instead I’ll leave the most disappointed review I’ve ever left in my life. I have tried many different sandwich places and I can say the service at a subway in the worst parts of a city are better than the workers at this jimmy johns. We were starving after putting in hours of practice and work and where only a measly group of 28. Half of which didn’t even go to that jimmy johns. Less than 14 people actually even entered the establishment. They absolutely refused to serve us just because we were a group meanwhile the businesses everywhere else were happy to serve and give us the upmost support and customer service. I was excited to see Jimmy John's return to Hutchinson. I gave them some time even to work out the bugs that come with a new opening before going in to try them out. I know Jimmy John's very well, having worked for them on multiple occasions in multiple locations. First, they were anything but freaky fast. I know that comes with experience, however it took 10 minutes to get 3 sandwiches. Corporate policy is 30 seconds per sandwich. Second, the bread was darker (burnt) than specs should have allowed. Third, the bread had not been baked within the past 4 hours. This leads to a tough crust that is difficult at best to chew. This has been my most disappointing visit to any Jimmy John's.
