Nice friendly staff . The place is always clean. I previously gave this establishment 5 stars and unfortunately I have to take my stars back. I have been there several times and unfortunately each experience have been so far from the first visit. The first bad experience was with the black older lady. I asked for flat bread and the one she gave me was the last slice of bread in the plastic. It was ripped up and the lady attempted to piece the bread together. I could clearly see that there was a new pack of flat bread so why would she even attempt to give me that’s tore up piece of bread? When I told her I told her I didn’t want that bread she got an attitude as if she was paying for my sandwich. Not to mention she was moving so fast as if she was trying to be in the Guinness book of world records!! So I told her well I don’t want that bread and she began to say that nothing was wrong with it. So clearly I told her I was good, I no longer wanted the sandwich and walked out. Okay so fast forward I visit this location a few more times and I am not greeted by her or the owner. Which the owner was the reason I continued to patronize with this subway. She and I have had conversations about our families with each other. Soon after the incident with the black lady I notice she is no longer friendly. So today was the last straw. I was not greeted as I witnessed a gentleman was. I go in and inquire about getting sandwiches catered for an event. One question I had was if I order 20 mini sandwich’s can they be individually wrapped. The owner says no I wouldn’t be able to do that. Okay no biggie mind you she had a attitude. I get my sandwiches made and when it was time to pay I noticed a catering platter near the register and I asked how much that was. The owner still with a attitude 37 dollars and walks off and says something to the older black lady under her breath. So I said all of that to say I won’t ever spend my money in an establishment that it is allowed to treat customers any kind of way and the owner jumps on the band wagon. Respect...
Read moreI come here every single morning and it's always a problem unless the African American Lady is working who provides an awesome experience every single time but when she's off the rest of the staff has the worst attitudes every and will make your sandwich any type of way, disregard your dietary restrictions, use the same gloves they've touch every other thing with to make your sandwich and get upset with you when you mention how distasteful you feel about the way they're conducting themselves.
This morning I was handling a family emergency with my son being in the hospital that happened to come up while I was ordering I gave my order and proceeded to handle my emergency the sandwich maker proceeded to get upset despite having already finished my sandwich, left my sandwich open and on the counter and refused to wrap my sandwich up despite me already paying for it because he felt like I shouldn't be on the phone in the store.
When he finally did wrap it and I expressed my distaste again about his behavior He then snatched sandwich out my hand and refused to give me the item I paid for. My LAST visit( because I won’t be RETURNING) was VERY unpleasant from the “OWNER”! 😒 too the point( of where it hurt my feelings and and it was HEAVY ON MY HEART)I did call a speak too the “OWNER” about it) But! Her attitude was still “KIRT” and “UNPLEASANT “! Being a CANCER SURVIVOR I’m still a little leary about GEMS AND BACTERIA…All I asked was that she “Change Her Gloves” after touching the toaster tray and the oven handle…her response “I DIDNT TOUCH ANYTHING”(Harshly)while opening the toaster oven 😒.
