Terrace Grill (Residents only) — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

You have to be a resident of the building, to gain access to this restaurant. I see reviews on here that don't match this place... some 5 star reviews claiming that it's a great place to hang out with friends and such. That's NOT possible. This is a basic grill....hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, fries, etc... The food is good, and this is a super convenient location for residents. If you're not a resident, don't lose heart... the food isn't that great, you're not really missing out...

I live in the building and I've only eaten there 3 times. If it weren't for the convenience of the restaurant being right downstairs on those cold winter days I would never step foot in there for anything to eat.
