I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sweet Drip and indulging in their scrumptious açai bowl, and I must say, it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The moment I walked in, I was captivated by the inviting ambiance and the friendly smiles from the staff.

I went to this place a week ago. I went in there & sat while waiting for someone so we can try their menu together. I walked up to where you order to look at the menu while on the phone with my mother reading her the menu so she can get something also. The lady at the kept asking me was I ready & kindly said I needed one moment. Someone else walked in so I stepped to the side so they can order. While they are ordering, I was still looking at the menu. I guess they were not ready to order either…so she aggressively asked me again am I ready. I told her no I am not ready yet. She then took her time doing other things..when I told her I was ready, she said she will be there in a second. Another lady came through. I was polite and they were rude. I ordered a waffle and Dubai chocolate which was $39. I then waited sat and called my uber while waiting for my order. The ladies kept looking like they were up to something or startled. I got my food and said thank you have a nice day..no reply..just looked awkward. I tasted the waffle but is just now eating more of it today…It was a big hard black piece of plastic in my waffle. I didn’t realize because my waffle had chocolate drizzle….The customer service was horrible..the menu is good...

I really didn’t want to leave them a bad review because the owners are literally the nicest most kindest people ever but I’m compelled to after what I received. This coffee shop has superb customer service. This is my 3rd time visiting Sweet Drip & each time has been amazing but on this last occasion I ordered a Matcha. I usually get my Matchas from Starbucks but I really want to support this business because they’re lovely folks but the Matcha did not taste good. I’m not sure if it’s because of the added Lavender but I literally couldn’t finish it after just a handful of sips, so disappointing. It didn’t taste like the Matcha I normally get from Starbucks or like anything I’ve ever tasted. I paid just a few cents under $9 bucks for a large that was the size of a medium cup of something I don’t want to drink. I left & went to Starbies & ordered a large matcha for $2 less & a larger cup. I took pictures to show the difference. Something is definitely off with the type of matcha they’re using. Please you guys come down on these high prices or give customers more & please taste the matcha, it taste chalky as well. They’re sweets are pretty delicious though but the prices are way to high. Almost $9 bucks gone...
