If I could do a negative star trust me I would! The way that I was treated today by this location is the rudest most embarrassing way I have ever had a company treat me!! I called them to order food, like I have many many times before the lady took my order, everything went fine. Then a few minutes later I got a call back from a manager named Andrew, Andrew very rudely informed me that they do not deliver past 17th st, I calmly informed him that I have had Jimmy John's delivered here several times before and never had any problems, he proceeded to call me a liar and say that it is impossible for anyone from his store to have delivered here because it is passed there location, he also proceeded to tell me that no one from the 25th St location or the Utah location has ever delivered here before because it is out of range of both stores. I know for a fact that I have had ordered Jimmy Johns from this location enough to have there info stored in my phone, I even described to him what the employee who delivers looked like, he acknowledged having an employee that fit that description but said it was impossible. So I asked to speak with someone else, he put me on the phone with the GM named Tonnie, who said basically the same thing Andrew did. Told me it was impossible for them to have delivered here! I know I'm not crazy I know that I have ordered and they have delivered here several times! I understand policy and if I am out of there area fine, so be it! I will respect that and either go pick my lunch up or call someone else, this is not the issue! The issue is that they flat out called me a liar several times! Then when I asked for the corporate information they informed me that they do not have access to that! I am beyond disappointed with there customer service and will never eat from this location again and advise all of you...
Read moreTwo seven inch Italians, two bottles of water and two bags of chips = $25.00.
Received two Spicy Italians. I guess a lot of children in this area enjoy jalapenos on their italians, mine did not.
From JJ's own site.. "tasty Italian sandwich, made with hand-sliced salami, capocollo, & provolone cheese. The Vito® comes topped with fresh-sliced lettuce, tomato, onion, oil & vinegar and oregano-basil."
Don't see "jalapeno" in that recipe, weird. If the person taking the order couldn't hear me maybe the in-house music is too loud.
I'm aware the price doesn't necessarily reflect the owner or franchisee's choices, at least I'm assuming, but these are not sustainable prices for what's considered a sub shop even if the order was correct in the first place.
Overall it's a convenient joint to have lunch, it's right in the middle of work/school and home. It's just the cost, the loud-ish music and the incorrect order that prevents a more consistent return. People make mistakes, I get that, but at $25.00 those mistakes should be rare.
I wish them the best though. With the trickling stream of customers in the brief time I was there, I doubt they will miss...
Read moreUPDATE: 9/8/25 delivery order (second photo) the picture says it all! -_- I expected better. First time I tried this places sandwiches after our friends ordered some and so we ordered some and had it delivered. Was amazing!!! BUT, when our family went in, well... no one knew what they were doing, no one could answer anything. Couldn't even make a sandwich that had any sauce whatsoever on it. The sandwiches we had ordered were just not that great. Very disappointing 😞. Next time our family will wait for whoever made such delicious sandwiches the time before we went in. Nice sandwich joint but please train the employees better with more knowledge and take pride in their job. It's not just a job, it's a place where families and friends gather to share joyful memories and if you don't have a desire to make delicious sandwiches then how will you go along in life? I suppose if this continues our family will find a better place that takes pride in whatever they do because helping others is important. Just to note: no one was mean or rude to us. Just so many working but didn't know what they were doing. They need...
