Today 7/27/23 around 1220pm or close to 1pm 4 of my co-workerd agreed to order subway for our lunch. Unfortunately we ordered from drive-thru and at the moment my friend 1 of my co-worker was going to order she realized that they were teenagers on serving line. She order the 5 sandwiches and she had a feeling that we were not going to get our order right just because when she was done ordering the person on register ask her again what she had order. So, she said to that person. You want me to repeat myself again? So anyway when she came back she said I hope our order is right. As soon as she told me that I checked my sandwich and I told her. Nope my sandwich is not even what we order. So since we were at work and hungry Ii ate my sandwich and told her hopefully your sandwich is what you order. We were all really disappointed and not satisfied with anything from channing way subway. I called in to let them know all the dissatisfaction and I ask if manager was around and the female said no but how can I help you so she said she was the chief in charge at the moment. Well I started telling her everything and she told me she couldn't help me in any way that she was sorry. She even told me that some people state the same things as I did so they can get free sandwiches. So i told her if i paid for my sandwiches that means I don't want them for free right. She said I'm sorry can't help you or we can't refund you. Bad tactic. I Won't ever go to that subway on channing way again. Never had No one doubting about me. I just wanted to get my order right....
Read moreI stopped by Subway yesterday to order tea. The young man (Austin) was exceptionally rude and I waited and waited to place an order. I got my tea and it smelled and tasted like raw sewage, so I went around the block and entered the store to return it. I told the young woman at the cash register that it was bad team and I would like to exchange for another drink out of their refrigerator, rather than a fountain drink. I had money to pay the difference.
The young man (Austin) immediately jumped down my throat and told me I could not take a drink from the refrigerator and wrongly assumed that I was not going to pay the difference. He was extremely unprofessional, rude and didn't bother to inform or ask questions or have any sort of conversation. It was rather unbelievable how nasty he was.
Since he refused to allow me to get a different drink, I asked for a refund and he began to argue and continued to be rude and unprofessional. He finally gave a refund. I asked for the manager's name and phone number. He refused the phone number and said she (Stephanie) would be in the next day. I called today and he said she wasn't there. I left my name and number and requested a return call. He said she MIGHT be able to call, but no guarantees .... only if she "felt" like it.

This establishment has the poorest customer service I've ever encountered. This lack of care and bad attitude reflects in the poor quality of their food as well. If you can help it, you will do yourself a favor by avoiding them...
Read moreSo we pulled up drive through waited turned off my car because they usually male the sandwich at the order box. No answer and it 130 pm not too busy no line or anything. Then I pull up and look over to see 4 to 5 workers then I wait another 2 mins so I pull out my phone to record them staring at me. Finally someone comes up sorry can I help you.. yeah trying to order do u need me to go back around no its fine I can take it okay awesome I see a car behind me probably trying to order then someone else comes back takes my money she gives me my sandwich lady that took my order. I already can tell by her look it wasn't made right with only the 4 ingredients I requested. So I take pictures then someone else comes back and ask sorry is something wrong yeah they are not done with the right ingredients oh okay sorry what was it just no green peppers on any one. Okay ill make it again can you pull around we will take them out. Now a huge line and tons of people. For 2 foot longs. I should of left I shouldn't write this complaint but I am hopeful the owner will want to fix the issues with...
