I ordered pizza and brownies here and received both with long, blonde hairs in them. I ended up throwing everything away after spending about $30 on dinner.
I reached out to customer service and was offered a 'reward' if I created a loyalty account. I was then ignored when I wasn't interested in more pizza with hair in it.
I then reached out on social media with a private message and was told the store would reach out to me. I never heard back. A few weeks later, I followed up and was again told the store would reach out to me. I never heard back. Another few weeks later, I reached out yet again and was ignored multiple times by a representative who read my messages and didn't bother even replying.
I understand that accidents happen in kitchens. All I wanted was for someone to take my issue seriously. The company would not do that. Their customer service rep, Kari, was both condescending and useless. Their social media team won't even answer me at this point.
Do not waste your time or money on this place. Go to an actual pizzeria or restaurant. I will never bother...

They were done eating and ours was still in the oven. People in line were going around me getting their pizza done while I was still in line. The worst was my server was handicaped and no one helped him out. They left him alone to fail, and he did. No one gave this kid any help. A lot of folks were standing around looking. I asked for the manager and she said sorry your pizza tool so long. I said what? What are you going to do about it? She said since I had a coupon she couldn't do anything. Call your boss. She came out with a coupon and asked if I wanted the cold burnt pizza. I couldn't even drink my pop I was so disgusted. This was so sad. Kids with no experience. The manager said she was busy. I came into the store around 5:50 not minding the few minute wait till my order was expected to be ready. 6 oāclock comes and goes and I chalk it up to them having a lot of orders and being a little busy with dinner rush totally understandable. 6:15 I finally go and ask if they will have my order done soon. They seemed confused and then looked through the online tickets. They found my order and said āthey were working on itā. I then see my order being startedā¦. I did not leave the store with my order until 635. I ordered online for a reason! I wanted to come in grab my pizza and go but instead I had to wait and probably would have been better off if I just went through the line.
