This has to be the absolute worst Carls Jr I have ever experienced. As soon as you walk in, you don't get any acknowledgment. The girl and manager both stood there waiting for us to take our order, then when we finally ordered, the milkshake I got had to be respun with more chocolate added. The burger that was ordered, the guacamole Burger, had little to no guacamole on it, it will smashed, and just looked sad. Then when looking for a seat, you are now forced to pick between the cleanest of dirtiest seats which is unnerving and disgusting when you want to sit down and enjoy a meal. There are dead flies and gnats on the window sills, all of them. Crumbs left all over the seats of the booths, fingerprints and hand smears left all over the windows. I wouldn't even rate this place, I feel giving it even a one star is too considerate. I recommend never visiting this location ever, if I were you. The manager also used the excuse that the cook is new when complaining and showing proof of the very sad burger that we got, did not offer to remake it, just gave us a side of guacamole. And when I had more chocolate added to my shake after I've already drank some of it, they had put it back on the the mixing machine, with my germs and saliva in the shake, instead of making a new one... Sara gave excuses as to why my order was incorrect instead of telling me what she could do for me to refund my $10 of what was missed in my order from their location; which is over 20 minutes away. "The girl who gave you your order is new." "Someone called in sick today." "I was cooking and could not double check your order." I did not say Sara should double check, I was saying she should have trained the new girl to double check the order." Of course, Sara could not hear me because she was too busy yelling at me on the phone. And of course, I called super upset that my son did not have his dinner and my tone was super raised. A good Supervisor/Manager of Customer Service know in the beginning how to de-escalate an upset customer. Sara does not know this tactic and took it as a personal attack on her person; she stated several times I was not respecting her. She doesn't know how to handle irate customers and should not be the face/voice of Carl's Jr.. Read moreIt is very rare for my husband and I to eat fast food, but he has been having fun comparing all the new chicken sandwiches from the various fast food places and when he saw the Carl's Junior Handbreaded chicken sandwiches he was destined to try one. He ordered a meal, ($11) plus an additional side of fried zucchini, and I ordered the taquitos. Our bill $24. What we got, was what looked like a cafeteria sandwich, half the size of what we were expecting, definitely not worth $11, and honestly nothing great about it. The fried zucchini was flavorless, and that taquitos, there was nothing fancy about them, they tasted like taquitos out of the box you get at the super market. That being said, the fries were great, and probably the only thing that we would've considered good. The service at the restaurant was fine, service was in a reasonable amount of time, but for $24 for what was probably more of a $12 meal, we were definitely not impressed.
