N.Y. Giant Pizza — Restaurant in Idaho

I love the food here don't get me wrong. Its the service I hate! The two women working last night should not be allowed to be around customers. Fist when i was ordering the girl kept telling me she only had one slice left. But I needed 4 slices and was willing to wait and she seemed annoyed at the fact. Plus she kept walking away while i was trying to order. I would ask a question and she would straight up walk away from me without saying a word. Then when i finally got my order placed she didn't say anything to me and once my card went through she walked away again. We have two small boys so my husband walked up and asked for a fork and knife and she huffed like she was again annoyed. We realized we had forgotten to order drinks and went up to order them. Waiting in line she was so friendly to the man in front of us. Asking if he needed napkins or anything else. We could not understand why she was so nice to him and such a hag to us. Well he had his wallet stuffed with cash open the whole time. Clearly she was trying to get a good tip. We will never be returning and recommending everyone we know to stay away. I have never been treated so poorly at a pizza...

Sorry, I wanted to give this place a try and the customer service alone was rude. I ordered a pizza with ranch and breadsticks. Upon delivery I received the pizza and breadsticks no ranch. Unfortunately I won’t eat pizza without ranch that’s my choice. I called the restaurant to see if the driver by chance had the ranch in car the person who answered the phone said the driver had forgotten the ranch and that she was sorry. Well I asked for ranch and was told it would be 50 cents per cup. The phone rep said “actually we didn’t charge you and I’m sorry””. I just said “oh well I really wanted the ranch”. She followed with “you live to far for the driver to bring that back.” .. And disconnected. My husband called I back knowing I was annoyed and they agreed we would return (drive) the pizza back for a refund since they couldn’t give us what we asked for and ordered 👀 never OFFERED for a free dessert or drink for their mistake or disappointed customer. How hard is it to check an order for accuracy??! Turns out the manager was the one on the phone and was fine and happy to process the return upon my husbands arrival with the pizza. GREAT...

This place has great pizza....sometimes. It's clearly the only thing keeping them in business. And the fact that it's the only thing close to actual NY style pizza. And ....when the guy is in making the pizza, it's great.

The woman that works in there usually (and the other girl) clearly don't give two craps about the pizza nor the service. They serve pizza by the slice, but never actually have any slices ready. So we started ordering whole pizzas.

The woman always is slightly rude and tends to overcook or burn the pizza. We usually pick up but have delivered a couple of times. Today I tried to order for delivery OVER LUNCH TIME and was told the driver could not make it out for a couple of hours and ASKED IF THAT WAS OK??!

I wish the guy would work more because he makes it delicious, honestly the best pizza in Boise. AND he is PROUD of it, he always opens the box to show you before you leave with it. A shame he is not in more. We are tempted to only order when he...
