Horrible Experience, we went through the Drive thru, this guy maybe late teens early 20s working the window, had an attitude from the start, after each item I ordered (4people in the car) he would say is that all, is that all. When we got to the window, he gave us our drinks, and while we waited for our food I was getting the total of sauces from each person in the car so I knew what we needed to order when we got the food. So when they handed us the food, I told him what I needed: 5 BBQ, 3 taco sauce, 6 ketchup and 2 Zesty sauce. And the guy with attitude got upset because we asked for the sauces, i was holding the bag out so he could put it in there, he just grabbed a couple of each.. EXCEPT the taco sauce, the rest of the sauces he threw "trying" to make it into the bag dropping a couple of them on the ground. When we asked if we could get a little more he again threw those too. And then he slammed the window shut, we had cars behind us, so we went to the front and parked, as we drove there we were going through our food and of Course they forgot the onion rings. So I got out, grabbed the receipt and went to the front counter and 2 of the teenagers whom I'm assuming were supposed to be handling the counter ran to the back. So I stepped to the side and put my receipt down and at that time nobody wanted to look at me, but the manager came to the front and asked how he could help. I showed him that we did not get our onion rings nor taco sauce, but also complained about the guy at the window with the attitude and how he threw the sauce. And the "manager" made the comment to the guy with the attitude sarcastically "we shouldn't be throwing sauces" then as he went towards the back he told another teenage girl to get me the onion rings and some taco sauce. She answered the "manager" with an attitude and said "I don't know where the Taco sauce is" and continued to grab the onion rings. The "so called manager" came back to the front and grabbed the taco sauce and showed her where it was. I couldn't believe how Rude and Disrespectful everybody was. I worked at that same Burger King 20 years ago, and I know for a fact, if we had people like that working then, they would have been Fired...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām completely aware that staffing has gone through the wringer in recent years, which is why my hubby and I try to be especially understanding when customer service is less than ideal. That being said, the staff on the graveyard shift were friendly enough. However, the manager, Juan I believe, made the experience memorable⦠but not in a good way lol.
After opting for the 2 for $12 deal, we both chose our sandwich type, which were supposed to come with a small fry and drink each. The employee never asked for our drink selection and seemed a bit distracted during the order, but we completely understood cause they were busy and we figured theyād snag our drink order at the window. When we got to the window to pay, the employee said our totally was $6, so we clarified that we had ordered the 2 for $12 deal. This correction required the manager, cue the ever so friendly Juan (sarcasm intended). We were greeted with a, āWhatās the problem?ā, which was sharp and abrasive. We let him know that the order was incorrect and we had ordered the deal with side items. After arguing back that we had only ordered the sandwiches, we tried to re-explain that the employee who took our order may have accidentally entered it wrong and that we just needed it bumped up to the $12 meal. Considering it was a matter of adding two small fries and drinks to the order, we didnāt think it was that difficult of an ask/fix. Boy were we wrong! Felt like we were being scolded for trying to fix a super minimal mistake. We both brushed it off and agreed that weāve never seen a manger so reluctant to increase their sales in our lives, but hey, if he needs to blow off some steam, Iād rather it be on us than his works! Overall, the food tasted good⦠especially considering it was made with so...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI hate to rant really I do because food business can be hard. Except I'm not to pleased with my recent meal here. When I got here I ordered an Impossible Whopper with Fries. But when I got this "impossible" whopper is was a bland single patty with the usual things you would find on the regular whooper. Tell me exactly why I paid more money just to get an expanded Whopper size with the name "impossible" more like super sized whopper. So mabye a little bit better wording on that part no offense. But that is not all with this burger the patty was a little burnt that I couldn't taste the meat of a regular whopper well. I like Burger's burger but this patty was just bad. Along with this near the end when I almost finished up the burger because I was hungry the bun tasted awfully funny like it was close to a molding period. Complete thumbs down to that I'm sorry.
But I'm not done, the fries I got didn't taste all to great. Yes I know this place is a fast food place. But I mean come on McDonalds had a better taste with their fries when I got mine. Today when I got my fries at this location they weren't that great not to satified. Seriously I know Burger King can do much better than this.
I want to rate it one star so extremely bad mostly due to the "impossible" whopper, but because the front people were being productive and still friendly it was saved from the one star. But honestly I have high doubts coming back here around lunch and dinner shift. Breakfast shift however, it does really well with the...
