So we went last week during lunch and everything was good...tonight (7/12/20) we get to the window to order... 1st thing we noticed the girls (2 girls standing at the window talking) both don’t have their masks on. 2nd they didn’t ask us what condiments we wanted. They just pressed ranch on the computer to compete the order. 3rd they ask us to pull around front (no big right) we pull around to wait. There are a ton of people pulled around front the wait, there is an empty dining room and an empty drive thru and a lot full of cars. They didn’t say it would be a long wait at all. They said pull around, along with several other people waited nearly an hour for our food. And when I say nearly an hour I mean I stopped paying attention after 50 min so maybe even over an hour. The man who was running food out to the cars was going around very apologetic for the wait to everyone. It’s not his fault I get it. But he seemed very stressed out- he was outside too much to be the cook and the other two girls we saw at the window were still just standing talking- um shouldn’t they be helping their co- workers ? Poor guy. And poor whoever is cooking. Anyway you would think the food is fresh right? At least? Over $20 and an hour later... No. our chicken was soggy and our biscuits were dough. Came home and cooked food anyway. Called the KFC several times when we noticed the food was no good and they took their phone off the hook! Really!? Drive the extra time to the one waaaayyy up...
Read moreI just wanted to report that I had a not so good experience with this KFC here in Boise Idaho store #C750058. I went through the drive tru I ordered my chicken drove away, and when I arrived at my work site, I found that my chicken was raw. I called the store, and the person who answered was very pleasant, and she said, "Oh yes, we can fix that or give you some coupons for you to come back." So she passed the phone to the manger who was not so pleasant and she asked me if I had the chicken with me still? Because she wanted to see it because she never served raw chicken. Of course, I didn't have the chicken. I tossed it in the trash. And than after I told her that I didn't have the chicken she said "well I don't know what you want me to do? I need to see the chicken first to determine if it was truly raw. " Like I am gonna lie about that. I didn't eat it. The chicken went to the trash! Just like my $10.23 went to the trash. Well lesson learned always keep my raw chicken for proof when I call about my chicken not being cooked all the way. And I won't call I will drive my happy self back to the store so I can give the raw chicken back to the manager lady who was working on this day...
Read moreAfter we both worked all day (in customer service mind you) my fiance thought it would be a nice treat to grab us KFC. I am not a big fan of corn in my famous bowl and my fiance politely asked that it was removed, among other things she also asked for 4 biscuits. After receiving our bag she checked it before leaving (it's a good 3.5 mile drive back to our house) and not only noticed that there was corn accidentally added to my bowl, but we were also missing the biscuits that were ordered. She went up to the counter and brought this to the attention of staff and had a male staff member grab the bowl and throw it very dramatically into the trash like she was putting them out. They also had the receipt for reference and brought out only 2 biscuits and when that was questioned they proceeded to use the word "A La Carte" repeatedly in a rude manner (sorry not everyone know what A La Carte means) KFC seems to be a dying breed around Boise which makes me extremely sad, but the customer service was unacceptable and uncalled for. If this sort of thing becomes the norm we will gladly take our business elsewhere. Signed, very loyal KFC...
