Blacklisting this location from my fast food restaurant list. I was a loyal customer 3-4 times per week, same time every morning, same order, hoping the consistency would make things somewhat easier, but the team here is terribly disorganized and inefficient. 70% of the time I am asked to park, with half of those times having an empty drive-thru behind me the entire time I am parked.
This time I was parked along with three other cars, and several AFTER I was parked. I watched 8 parked cars get served their orders, and I counted 23 other cars go through the drive-thru lane and getting their orders without parking.
I think I am a pretty patient and understanding person (also taking into account the staffing shortages right now). I waited 30 minutes, and during that time I had three wrong orders attempted to be given to me, once by a shift leader employee, with not apologies or explanation of what was going on. At the 30 minute mark, 15 minutes after they tried to give me another wrong order, I cut my losses and left without my food.
Everyone I know and meet will get to hear about how bad this location is and hopefully I can slander them enough that they can do better for those that will still go there, but it would be better for everyone I know to patron the competition in the area for a more consistent experience without the frustrations of this...

I order a hot fudge sunday and received all ice cream with barely a drizzle of hot fudge. When I asked for more fudge, the employee brought back my sunday with more ice cream. When I tried explaining I was asking for more fudge a manager approached the window and informed me the sunday’s are supposed to be 5 ounces. I told her that is understandable, but that a hot fudge sunday should have hot fudge on it. She waved her hand and grabbed the employee and the sunday. When the employee returned with a remade sunday the ice cream tip didn’t even reach the top of the cup and again, very little fudge was found. Honestly, I never leave reviews and am very understanding as I have worked in customer service before. However, the attitude and approach the manager took shocked me. When I received even less ice cream with just a little more fudge I gave up. Do yourself a favor, visit McDoanlds on Orchard Street just five minutes away. Unfortunately, I must admit this is now my third disappointing experience at this location this month. I often stop by early for a cup of coffee as a little treat for myself.
My first poor experience occurred when I didn’t have enough money to round up for a donation. The employee who took my cash at the first window—a shorter-than-average person with a multitude of freckles and oversized glasses—slammed the window in my face. When I tried to get her attention for my receipt, she simply waved me away without reopening the window, as if I were a bothersome insect.
During my second and third visits, the employees refused to provide my receipt with no pleasantries at all, and on the last occasion, they didn’t even return the correct change. The experience was so awful that the manager felt the need to involve the general manager, who eventually gave me a gift card for a free meal.
