Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Idaho

Tonight 10/28 ordered a pizza while home sick with whatever. In pizza hut app, under delivery instructions "leave on porch". During check out left "contactless delivery". I hear the driver knock, with being sick didn't want contact or interaction. After, I heard him leave, turn around then sat in front of my home for a minute or two longer after turning around. I hear them finally leave. I go outside and low and behold no Pizza on my porch. I called the store and spoke with Matt claimed to be the manager on duty. Matt stated even though I had contactless delivery they were not able to contact me. That is because I choose not to give my real number in the app as I should not have too as I paid by card and requested leave on porch. Matt had no real explanation why they didn't leave the order. I told him to cancel the order. Even though I was not only craving the pizza and hungry. Conclusion, is I believe the driver wanted contact to attempt to get a "bigger TIP". I decided to try this Pizza Hut because watching a manager yell at every employee on S Federal Way was not that enjoyable. I was in a big rush and tried to call in an order, and was placed on hold. So I decided to drive there, while waiting on hold to save some time, thinking they're busy. They are not, one order on the screen, don't know why the call couldn't be answered.

I'm not told to hold or anything, he just walks away and comes back later and I order a thin crust pepperoni pizza. He repeats it back and I can hardly hear him. My family and I went there for an end of season little league pizza party. We ordered our pizza an hour ahead as they had requested and the name of the party that we were joining.
