I went to this Starbucks location for a coffee seminar. The seminar was facilitated by Charlie Stein. During the seminar, Charlie was informative, engaging, and made delicious coffee. If you have not done a coffee seminar with Charlie Stein, I highly recommend you inquire about it at this Starbucks location. You get to drink unique coffee and learn about the history of the coffee and brewing processes. During my seminar, we learned about and drank coffee from Japan, Guatemala, and Chicago! Below is a photo of Charlie preparing matcha, which we enjoyed with vanilla bean ice cream, a special treat! 5 star experience!

Love this location. Consistently on point unlike other locations in the area. They are always upbeat, efficient, and friendly. If ever there is an issue, they are quick to fix it. They make my pink drink the best every time, even including positive messages at random which really lift my spirits. They also carry some beautiful products I couldn’t find anywhere else. Thanks to manager Nick for having great service and employees. You guys are appreciated! 💗

This is one of at least 5 Starbucks I pass on my way to work, but it's my favorite one to stop at before work. The drive thru line is always short & I always get my order quickly, whether I preorder or not. The staff is always friendly & kind. Once when I accidentally submitted my mobile order to the wrong location, they made it for me anyway and refused to charge me for it. Today they put a cute little sticker on my cup -- started my day with a smile.

They are consistently wasting my time by posting hours of operation that they can't seem to stick to. This is the closest location to my job and I have routinely wasted my break time coming to here for coffee just for them to be closed early with no explanation. It has happened multiple times at this point. What is the purpose of having published hours of operation if you're gonna be closed on days and at times when according to your own schedule, you should be open. It's irritating and I'm over it. I'm probably gonna stop even going to this location because you can't guarantee they'll be open and they are not good at answering the phone. At this point, if I want starbucks, Starbucks, I have to call ahead just to be sure they're even open and that's an inconvenience in itself. So I'll take my business elsewhere and report them...

It's a new location 📍 in a new building that's got great access and exits. The drive-thru is also in a nice location with little cross traffic. Being new the staff still are quite competent and super friendly, I have yet to have a bad experience with customer service or my drinks.
