Hey my name is Nick. I just want to put this out there. You have an employee by the name of Kreshondra working at this location. Listen folks hands down one of the Best Customer Service person I seen ever. This girl knows what you want by her looking at you most times. She needs to move around to other locations hint hint to teach the other employees her skills. To the Managers hell the President of this company. I don’t know where you found this phenomenal woman, but she is extraordinary the best I seen since living in the San Diego area over 10 plus years. Her customer service skills are outstanding. I’ve watched how Kreshondra interact with me and other people as well. She listens, responds quickly, positive attitude, provides empathy, and funny. She will make you laugh. I walked away after she just got done telling me about the survey (silly me). I grab my drink and left the receipt. Lol she stuck that head out the window and said “Hey how you going do the survey and you left your receipt” we both fell out laughing. If I’m having a bad day I go to your store to see her smile and it just brightens my day. Put it like this she goes above and beyond to make us customers to keep wanting to return back to your restaurant. Kreshondra has Great Potential I can see it in her. Most time I come just to hear her talk. I love that country accent. I wish your other employees were on board like her. Kreshondra needs to rub off her good skills on the rest of your workers and definitely the ones at the Chula Vista restaurant. (They attitude sucks there) You really can’t find good help, but you definitely hit the jackpot with her. I just hope you mangers are praising Kreshondra she deserves it. You can actually tell she is a Very Hard Worker. If you can’t see it trust and believe your customers can. Please let her know that your customers said Thank You For Everything she does to serving us and providing that excellent customer service every single day. You managers should pitch in and treat her to a nice dinner or a good gift card to show your appreciation towards her. I can’t say this enough good help is...
Read moreThe quality of the food and service at this location can be inconsistent. On the morning of March 6 around 9 AM, I ordered a box combo and specifically asked for no salt on my fries. Not only were the fries that I ordered heavily salted, even more than the standard fries, the fries were still white, which is evidence that they weren’t even fully cooked and the person that served me those fries tried to use the heavy salting to mask that the fries were not fully cooked.
On multiple occasions at this location, I have been served salted/over-salted fries after specifically asking for no salt on my fries.
I do wish to give a shout out to the crew working on the night of March 8, 2025, Around 6:45 PM because the order was perfect. Again, I ordered a box combo and asked for no salt on my fries but this time they delivered very well. The fries were cooked perfectly and had zero added...
Read moreThe food was good. 👍 just like any other raising canes❤️. I love raising canes! But here we go, with service. Leilany, one of the employees at this raising canes was super rude when all I did was ask for an extra order of sauce and fries at the window. I simply forgot to ask before I drive up to the window and she acted very rudely towards me. I was the only person in line, and for me to get that kind of treatment and service especially from Raising Canes, was astonishing to me. I’m Mexican too and I understand Mexicans treat Mexicans first and better, but Leilany was simply super rude to me and my family this morning. From the way she talked to me, to the way she handed me back my card and receipt. (Basically shoved it in my face) Besides this employee encounter/interaction, food was great. Just watch out if your planning on going and get Leilany ás the team member who...
