I ordered the quesabirra, choices were green or red sauce, I got red. Also ordered chips salsa and guacamole.
First, the guac was great, that's the way I like it. A nice touch of lime, and very fresh.
Ok, let's get to the quesabirra, I've found I enjoy this very specific type of quesadilla. This one did not disappoint at all. It's the most expensive thing on their menu at $14.50, but it's worth it.
There's a nice seasoning on the outside of the quesabirra tortilla, made it more spicy. The console was great to dip in. I enjoy dipping in the consome then dipping in the red sauce, it was so tasty.
My fingers were completely covered in the spices on the outside of the tortillas, when was the last time food did that to you. You could cut them with a fork and knife, if you eat a Snickers bar that way, otherwise pick them up and eat them.
