I just want to say that this is by far the best coffee shop I have been to. The staff is what makes it one of the best! Theyâre so friendly and helpful. The coffee is smooth and well made. They deserve all the extra tips. After reading some of the other reviews Iâd love to say KEEP DANCING, KEEP ASKING US QUESTIONS! Scooters asks those same questions. Starbucks does the same as well. The music situation does not bother me. I actually got some song recommendations. It is ridiculous that people are so upset that these young adults are trying to actually ENJOY there job. As a former server, bartender, and restaurant manager if I saw staff having fun I wouldnât be âthat personâ to come on a review and sound like one of the most miserable human beings alive. They like their job. Some of the customers need to get over themselves. If you want boring coffee go make it at home. The prices also make complete sense. Again, donât like it. They sell coffee machines in store. It wonât be as good as them or anyone else but at least you can be happy in the peace of your own home. Dutch bros. Those who love you will love you. The business seems to be just fine...
Read moreVisiting this particular Dutch Bros location is usually enjoyable due to the upbeat atmosphere, but there seems to be a recurring issue with staff not accurately reading the order screen. Despite consistently requesting oat milk, there have been multiple instances where the order had to be remade, with the most recent one being a mix of regular milk and oat milk, leading to similar symptoms as before. After reaching out to customer service via email, there was a response, but the problem persists, with subsequent visits resulting in the same issue of half regular milk and half oat milk being mixed in the order. It appears that there may be a realization of the mistake midway through the preparation, leading to a finish with oat milk, making it difficult for individuals with allergies or sensitivities. For anyone with similar concerns, it might be advisable to consider visiting a different Dutch Bros location in the area, as this specific branch seems to be the only one experiencing...
Read moreI had been interested in trying Dutch Bros for the first time, as was my husband, but we were super disappointed. There was a girl standing out in below freezing weather taking orders, she was nice, we explained this was our first time and my husband asked her about the annihilator, I explained I like a plain hot mocha typically anywhere I go, which is what I ordered, my husband got the annihilator, medium, iced, specifically she asked hot or iced. There was a bit of a wait, but hey it is a âcoffee shopâ, however when we get to the window they had made his hot, so we had to wait for it to be made. His was so light it looked nothing like the picture, and as expected tasted like there was no coffee in in it, it was like nut flavored milk. Again mine tasted nothing like coffee just warm chocolate milk. We were headed into KC from Blue Springs and I said we should take it back on our way home and my husband said it wasnât necessary, because we âwill not be going...
