I'm revising my review after your kind words. I should have taken care of this immediately but I'm still caring for my mom and life has been busy. The Blue Ridge location never responded to my review. I will never go back there. However I will continue to visit your store. I just wish you were closer. Thank you for asking after my mother. I went to your Blue Ridge location tonight to buy ice for my mother who recently got out of the hospital after 5 weeks. I was given a small cup. I offered to buy a full drink to get the ice in styrofoam so that my elderly mother could enjoy the ice without it melting. I was denied. I called you here at the corporate office and was given your reasoning. That my right to buy a full cup of ice at full soft drink price had been supposedly ruined because of another person. Complete nonsense!!!!!!! If I wanted to buy 7 full cups of ice at full soda price I should not be denied. I spend hundreds of dollars there at your establishments every year. But there isn't a high boy hamburger out there that's worth spending anymore money to support your business after what you have not provided tonight. You should be completely ashamed

Ordered and prices seen on menu were NOT what i was charged! Ordered 2 sandwiches charged and given 3 on with everything which NO ONE in my family will eat! Read moreI have eaten at hiboy since I was a little kid. They have always been a little more expensive than other burger joints but that's because they have always been better. Not to mention the best ice cream around. However, two of my last three visits they have gotten my order wrong. It seems that management is now hiring any old employee to work the evening shift. I don't see one person in the store over the age of 23 and that's the exact kind of service you receive. Much more of this type of behavior and unfortunately I will not be visiting hiboy anymore. It used to be, they hired high quality young people and you could always see a manager on duty who made sure everything ran smoothly. Now I see an absentee approach from leadership and young kids who just want a paycheck and don't want to earn their money by performing their job correctly. Also what happened to everybody wearing matching uniforms and the cooks wearing paper hats to ensure they didn't get hair in your food.
