I personally know people that have previously worked there. That have witnessed bugs in the kitchen area, a fly in the pizza dough that was left there to be cooked on purpose. Managers (the brothers) not washing hands or changing gloves after using the cash register and handling cash. Pizza thrown at the wall by a manager because the worker didn't cook it correctly. Not to mention how the lead managers short the young workers checks and wages and their tip money, they work them past closing times, the kids don't get pay raises regardless how long they've worked there or what positions they all have to do. Which is alot of times the managers workload. (they say the extra few cents an hour is not in their budget) coming from the lawyer/owners of alot of businesses on the indep square. They can't keep workers in there long because they run them all off. The managers blame the owners for pay raises and hours and tips not being right. But it doesn't take a genius to realize that the managers fill out all the paperwork. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a food place. I called ahead, placed my pickup order and specified 3 times on the phone I wanted a ranch drizzle on top of a large pepperoni pizza. They said it’d be a 45 minute wait, which is understandable it’s a Friday night. Then I arrive, instead of ranch drizzle it is a pepperoni with added mushrooms. The lady was apologetic and I understand mistakes happen, I clarified 3 times leaving while she remakes it which is another 30 minutes that I wanted to have a large pepperoni pizza with ranch drizzle on top. I come back to pick it up, it is a pepperoni with ranch to replace the marinara. I come back in to show them, they offer to refund and not even bother fixing the food. Then she gives me an attitude regarding getting it replaced and said you can just throw it away you already got your refund. By the way, she said it wasn’t clear what I wanted for the ranch, I specified many times and drizzle only has one definition. See attached photo.
