Very cool building with an interesting history. Reasonable priced admission and spent about an hour and a half walking around and reading the facts. The single room schoolhouse was also really cool to see and the prison cell with no light was so eerie but important to understand the living conditions back then. The staff member there was super helpful and informative on the history of the area and the jail and talked in detail about the current restorations going on in the museum. My family and I had the opportunity to do a haunted 2 or 1 late evening here at the jail. It was so fun to hang out with friends and family while hunting ghosts. The history behind the museum was astonishing and I would definitely return back with my family for another ghost hunt. I've been on their normal tour as well and enjoyed that so much. They offer a horse-and-buggy ride right from the front door with a tour of the city and its history. This is a...

So neat to see where Frank James actually stayed, along with other popular inmates of that time period. They had nicely displayed signs so you could read about inmates that were there and get more of a history feel. We did a self guided tour in the jail, but we also chose to do a tour town with the wagon and mules outside the jail. Very nice guy and was very entertaining.
