Ordered two footlongs thru the app to be picked up in 45 minutes. Card gets charged, I get my confirmation number, then an email with confirmation number again and a charge approval confirmation number and the reassurance it is getting made and will be ready for pickup on-time.
Go to pick up order. They have no clue about any order put in thru the app. I offered the confirmation number. "Oh. We can't do anything with that. Theres no way to check the CN to verify order." What? I already got charged. "Sorry nothing we can do. The charge will fall off. So if you want, you'll have to order/pay again." What?
And of course, there is absolutely no one you can contact right then and there. You have to email them. Meanwhile, charge on card went thru. Both of them.
Had a couple days of back and forth emails in order to get my original charge reversed. It was just an all-around ridiculous experience. What if that had been my last $20? I would've been 100% screwed. The order number was useless, they were definitely not handing over any food until i paid in store and they were absolutely not going to refund me without knowing there was an order placed and paid for already, which they had absolutely no way of checking. Get it together...
Read moreBought a meatball sandwich to go and got to my house and it was cold. I live a few blocks away so I went back up to get a refund and they said they didn't know how to do that. So I talked with them for a few minutes about how to resolve this situation. Amber seemed to be in charge and she told me I could come back tomorrow for a refund when someone who knows what they were doing was in. That's not gonna work for me! Amber needs more training if she's gonna act like the boss. At least the guy working said to call the boss and try to resolve the situation. The 2 girls, the older lady and Amber said she would be asleep and there was no point to call and that the cold sandwich was "my problem". Wow!
I'm glad I'm learning patience because the old me would have took that sandwich and throw it against the wall. The new me is just going to leave this comment so maybe their boss can wake up and deal with them. Especially Amber, she's really rude.

Read moreI only went there cuz it's closer to where my dad lives I usually go to the one on East Gudgell road and hub Street here in Independence Missouri cuz that's just right up the street from where I live and walking distance. I don't go as often as I used to in the past because prices have went up on their food and if I'm not getting coupons in the mail from them then I really don't go I only go when I get coupons in the mail from them and if I'm going to spend big money trying to eat out I will go somewhere that offers a variety of different foods but like I said the coupons that they send in the mail helps out a great lot if it wasn't for the coupons it would be pretty expensive to eat out so I hope Subway never stops sending those coupons out it helps people that are on a fixed income that wants to go out to eat be able to have that choice to be able to go out to eat and save some money doing it. So that is why I'm giving it four out...
