Wendy's — Restaurant in Independence

I went back on 1/10/24 again. There is one thing that I cannot stabs about this location. The Staff hides back in the kitchen and doesn’t man the front counter. I was one of several customers affected by this. When a lady finally came forward she was so non verbal and not pleasant. It’s the bare minimal here.

They also clean around things such as tables and chairs and don’t clean under them. You can tell by the food and trash under the legs. The chair legs are blackened with grease and dirt.

My Baconator burger was great I must say. It was fresh and hot. The drink machine as every time I come here is out of diet syrup or most flavors.

I should’ve known when I pulled into the parking lot and there literally was a car blocking the Outside Noland Rd lane as you come in because the drive-through is so backed up. I had placed an order with the app and I came inside. I was checked in 15 minutes later still didn’t have food. I’ve got a customer I have to go meet with, very disappointed because I was starving when I showed up. I was told that they didn’t even see my order at that point. I left the restaurant...

So when I got to the drive-through there was three people in line so I was like oh there’s gonna be a long wait so I decided to play on my phone while I waited. Once I got up to where I could order my food. The lady said, please wait and I had to wait almost 5 minutes for her to come back to say I’m ready for you to order, I told her I had a pre-mobile order and she’s like this pull around and I explain to her that I would like to add two large waters. She seem to not be able to understand me and then finally she said OK I got two waters pull around once I got my food, I discovered that my food was soggy and cold and definitely wasn’t even fresh. I orderd a 6 piece nugget that wasn’t fresh and was lukewarm. I ordered a mini strawberry frosty which they forgot to give me a spoon to use eat it. I also ordered the bacon/cheese fries and they were soggy, cheese wasn’t melted, and was disgusting yuck. Such a waste. I decided not to complain because it was only like six bucks that I paid for everything. I just won’t be...

The manager Michelle is very rude and I can't believe she allowed her workers to send food out the way that she did they gave me a whole junior bacon cheeseburger wrapped it up in another rapper so I had to rappers total the rapper underneath of top rapper was split completely and I can't believe he actually sent that out to me to eat then when I want to ask for my money back from the manager she had a very horrible attitude she wasn't even trying to correct the issue with the professional manner I wanted my food made correct instead of getting my money back then I look over and see them looking back at me laughing and everything like my food was about to be spit in so I just told her I wanted my money back I don't even want to sandwich no more that's how suspicious in route they were I'm going to make a formal complaint to the company but I am not satisfied.
