Was a really bad experience. Did not replace the order that they screwed up really badly! A $40 order! Not one sandwich was right in the whole $40 order. Many things were missing from that order. They didn't give us one of the sandwiches. When I called them after we got home and saw the order was so bad, I was upset but not mean in any way. The guy I talked to about how bad the order was screwed up was so nice. He even admitted that there was stuff still sitting on their work counter that should have been bagged but wasn't! I asked for tomatoes, lettuce, and extra cheese to be on the side! Paid extra for this! They only gave us enough for 2 sandwiches. I asked for the extra Swiss cheese, and we were charged for the extra cheese! They gave us all cheddar cheese instead of the swiss, no thank you, I hate that type of cheese! They were not even busy! The lady at the register at first was not able to take the order. She had a handicap of some sort. I tried telling her the order, and she couldn't understand. She finally threw her hands up in the air angerly and made me feel like it was my fault she couldn't understand! I did everything I could to try to help her, I went above and beyond to help her! I was extra kind because of her disability. I can't stress that enough! Finally, after what seemed like forever, another lady took over for her at the register. What made me mad was how mean and very ignorant the disabled lady acted! Because we had a special order she was really mad! I am all about helping disabled people work and being understanding with them, but her reaction was horrible and so uncalled for!
When J went back to get the order replaced with the receipt, they were nasty and mean! The lady he spoke to was the worst person to deal with! She was mad because it was such a big order, and she said she couldn't just give that amount of food to him. But what about the fact they screwed the whole $40 order up to begin with!!! That was our $40. She didn't have one bit of concern about the fact that we lost the $40!!! I should have checked the order before we left their parking lot the first time! That was a stupid mistake on my part. Neither of us was feeling that good. We just wanted to get home after being at the hospital all day! And we were hungry and even ordered extra food so we didn't have to cook. You can't trust them to get your order right.
Do not pull out of the parking lot until you check your complete order. Including looking at each individual sandwich! Open each one up! The thing is, I can handle mistakes, and I usually don't want them to redo the order... but this was so bad that I did want the order redone! They are a very poorly run business. They gave J, 2 sandwiches, and the one they missed the first time. What a rip-off! No wonder they aren't very busy when the other places are packed in that area!

I got home and my roast beef does not have red sauce but it is also missing a key component, the cheese. The last 3 times when they messed up on my order I called their store and they refuse to answer the phone. Tomorrow I will contact Arby’s corporate, even if it takes me all day, and explain to them the poor service we have received the last 3 times at the Arby’s by IUP in Indiana PA. Read moreTypically a good and friendly experience at this Arby’s, but I have to say that today was awful. I am currently door dashing to make extra money during this time of unemployment due to Covid-19. I called on my arrival and, like the 4 previous times I’ve picked up orders here, they told me to wait in the parking lot and they would bring it out. I did as they said. When they brought the food to my car, I said hello and a male employee responded to me very rudely. I was yelled at and practically threw the food in my car. The worst part in this all though, was that the manager of this location positively enforced the behavior of this employee when I had called to get his name.
