I placed an order online. The tracker showed Kent preparing it, cooking it, and quality checking it. My order then sat on the shelf for 22 minutes before updating to out for delivery status. After waiting an additional 31 minutes, I called the store to check on the status of the driver. After speaking with Jill briefly and her seeming to become agitated with me, she passed me over to Kent, the manager. I asked if it were appropriate for a customer to wait over an hour from initial service request to the time our order was delivered. Kent had nothing but excuses with no apologies whatsoever. When I inquired if there was anything that could be done about the situation, Kent said something unintelligible and abruptly disconnected the call. I did call back and again spoke with Jill, again no apologies however they did credit my order. I have ordered several times from this location, even when Kent was the manager on duty, but I have never had such a problem in the past. If Kent had shown some empathy and apologized for the delay, I would have chocked it up as a bad day. Please take this review for what it's worth as this is just my side and opinion to the situation. So I work at the dominos on south 7 street in terre haute. Yesterday while I was working my GENERAL manager dropped food on the ground. I saw him pick it up and continue to make the pizza like nothing happened. I begged him to stop making the pizza but he didn’t care. He said “the customer is going to complain anyway”. How is this ok? He is food certified which means he’s taken a course over food safety that is about 8 hours long but yet thinks it’s ok to drop food on the dirty ground and give it to a paying customer. Then today I found from a friend who also works at the store that they asked him to come in and that I was getting suspended. Although I might have acted immaturely about what happened, he served contaminated food to a customer with a smile on his face, and to make it all better when it fell on the floor he stared at it for a second before deciding to serve the food to the customer. I’ve worked at the company for almost a year and a half in total and during my time there I have seen employees neglect washing their hands, purposely mess up food because they didn’t like the customer, and serve expired food because “it’s not actually expired”. I’d be scared to order from a place as dirty as the dominos in terre haute.

I ordered food from here yesterday, as I OFTEN have, and got about halfway through when I saw A DEAD COCKROACH in the bottom of my box of Parmesan bread bites!!! I didn't touch anything else I ordered, got something to take it out with and put on a paper towel so I could make sure that's what it was, and took it all back to the store. When I went in I asked for a manager, told her to open the box, she did and said "Oh" and I said "Yea I need a refund." She said "Yea". She took it to the back and told the cook guy that she was giving me a refund and why, and he proceeds to ask me " Was it just like a little gnat or..." WHY DOES IT MATTER?!?! WOW! I said "NO IT WAS A COCKROACH" and the manager said " Well it had wings. .." OH MY GOD ARE U REALLY GONNA SIT HERE AND ARGUE WITH ME ABOUT WHAT KIND OF BUG IT IS??!!!??!!! Who cares?! How bout an apology or we need to thoroughly clean our disgusting store!! Nope just gave me a refund n that was it. No I'm sorry no thank you no nuthin!
