7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Lord these young ladies working today were very nice but the coffee was horrible. I ordered a cappuccino with three raw sugars on the side and my companion ordered some kind of fruit drink. It was $15 and something my coffee was so strong it tasted like four or five shots straight with just a little bit of foam on top of my cappuccino it was filled all the way to the top maybe half inch of foam super super strong and I drink strong coffee, but this was horrible. They didn’t have a sleeve for it. It was very hot took my hands. They didn’t have a sleeve they didn’t give me a stir stick she said they did not have any in the store. The young lady said so she gave me a straw and that was OK but the coffee was not drinkable. It was terrible and there’s a lot of confusion when you go in there for the first time like the menus is right at the window but the menu should be back further so people that’s never been can read it before they get up there because it backs up the line and not ever been there before you just don’t know what to order because you have multi drinks but you can’t see the menu until you get up to the window and I did find out they do have menu online but who stops online and look if they’re going down the road in see the shop . like I said the girls act like they were confused and I asked for three raw sugars on the side and there was a question about they put it in the drink but I do know it was terrible. I couldn’t even drink it. It was so strong and I drink Starbucks and I like Starbucks like I make my coffee at home I make it very strong but this was horrible and like I said it was $15 and something for two drinks for a fruit drink for my granddaughter and my coffee. I don’t recommend it until they get more training and move the menu back if you’re a new customer but the staff that they were very nice but it just seems like they didn’t know they needed stores or sleeves for the hot coffee and I don’t know if they have them but she didn’t give me one and I’m sure she was a new trainee, because she...

Sept 12: Lilly handed me my drink and said “this drink is nasty” GREAT!! If you have a comment on a drink that a customer orders you should probably keep that comment to yourself, instead of saying it to your customers face. Not only that but when I got my drink the raspberry flavor was left out so my drink was made incorrectly!!

Sept 14: same location….ordered my drink that I always get which is close to $9. After I placed my order and paid for, gave a tip and got to the front of the line then was informed that they were out of pineapple syrup. That’s okay I’ll take this other drink which is $7.77…wasn’t give the difference back in price after I, mind you I already tipped them $4. I also commented about the price difference. The gal said yep and handed me my new drink, said have a nice day and walked away!!

This specific location has a huge turn over rate and it seems the more younger girls they hire the ruder they are. 7 Brew has become my go to over Scooters and Starbucks, but lately with the rudeness and lack of customer service, interaction and incorrect orders. I may have to stop going to this place.

There doesn’t seem to be any supervision as they all stand around and talk a lot vs assisting...

im going to start off by saying everything ive gotten within the past 2 years from here has been great and havent had an issue with my drink being wrong besides one or two times. however today i was extremely shocked with what i had experienced because i have never had this happen before. i was sitting behind a car that was placing an order with a girl and here and there i noticed her glancing at my car/me. the car finishes their order and a couple people ahead already received their drinks and left so i pulled up with the car ahead of me so there wasnt a big gap incase the line got long enough to block the exit. i pull up past the girl since every time ive gone they would just follow with the line and move up with the cars. the girl doesnt come to my car to take my order and moves on to the car behind me... and then another guy comes out to help take orders and goes right past me as well. i had my window down and everything so i am just confused as to why this happened because that was very out of character from every other experience ive had. the girl up at the front was super nice and make chit chat while we waited for my drinks to be made and she also seemed surprised i was just...
