I’ve never had such a bad experience at a gas station and they may be running some scam. A lady paid the cashier $20 for her gas and either she told them it was my pump or they picked the wrong pump. I have no idea about this and start pumping expecting to pay inside. She then accuses me of stealing her gas, loudly and says I have to go inside with her. I walk inside to work things out but the cashier is even more lost than she is and tells me I now have to pay him $20 cash for her gas. I get a bit defensive because this is starting to look like some kind of scam and say I didn’t do anything I’ll pay for my gas when my pump stops. He rudely (I think he was a bit flustered) says give me $20 you already pumped your gas- the line is now backing up and a guy in line is like “this is wrong dude”- but I said if my pump is stopped at $20 here’s your cash and I went back outside. He said it was. The lady is now pumping her gas too so I assume he just didn’t want to deal with her. And wonderful- my pump is stopped at $18 not $20. No way I was going to worry about $2 to stay another minute on that property and I just got in my car and left. If they’re running a scam for $2, they’re not going to get too far. Went to the location @ 8925 Emerson Ave in Greenwood Indiana to get gas and purchase scratch off tickets. Cashier was very rude. She loudly said place items on counter. I informed her that I only wanted gas and scratch off tickets then she loudly yelled hit fuel button to start transaction. I didn't know they were on a "smart system ". So after hitting buy fuel, it wouldn't let me put pump 15 and she proceeded to put it in. Then she walks over toget the scratch off tickets and I hear her tearing some tickets, then she said she didn't have the ones I asked for. I told her never mind, paid for my gas and told her to have a Blessed day. I never once was rude to her and felt very discriminated against and will not be coming back to this...

Our family were in this location on 3/23/2024 around 4am. The employee who’s a white female was very rude and racist. She shouted at us saying not to hang out in the store or grab the stuff and just go. First of all, we are not hanging out in the store we were just there to get gas, coffee and was buying a lot of stuff for our trip. We should not be experiencing this kind of rudeness and racism towards your staff. We patronize Shell and Circle K and we expect your staff to be nice and accommodating to people of minority like us (we are Filipinos but we are also Citizens of America). Please look into this matter and we are expecting that you get the attention of this particular staff. We are also giving a bad review to this...
