Saturday 19 March 2016 at around 8:50 PM. It took more than 15 minutes before a waiter that did not even work behind the bar finally came and asked if I was being helped. The bartenders just kept looking at me like I was from another planet. Now it is 9:35 and no one has come to take my order yet. Glad I am just passing through. If you have 45 minutes or more to spare before you can even place an order then this is the place to come. My margarita was weaker than a wine cooler. The staff spent more time socializing with each other than anything. Other guests at the bar with me had empty drinks now for the past 20 minutes and never asked if they would like anything. It is now 9:45 PM and not a soul has come back to ask what I would like to order. Finally someone asked the couple next to me if they were doing OK. Didn't even look at me.I was in the mood for a big dinner. Looks like it's just a weak margarita and chips. An hour has now passed and I'm watching the staff hang out and socialize and laugh at the end of the bar. 9:52 finally I was asked if I'm doing OK. I said he could have his menu back. Money out the door and not spent here. 9:55 PM, just finished my juice, I mean margarita. Now to see how long it takes to get my check that would have been larger if they were in the business of selling. 6 of us customers sitting at the bar and zero employees from 9:52 until 9:59. I am staring the bartender in the eyes right now and will not even look at me. 10:03 can't seem to pay my bill. 10:05 PM. I can't take it any longer. I walk to the front cashier and ask to pay my bill to just get out of here. After trying to explain that I just want to pay for my drink but had no check I told the young gentleman why and how long I was there for. He left and came back and said no charge. I told him I would still pay but he said sorry and that it was on the house. Still don't explain why I was looked at so many times and ignored. I don't recommend this place at all unless you are either friends with the staff or dressed very well and look like you have lots of money. I wish there was a half a star. That would only be because they didn't charge me for a very long and poor...

ย ย ย Read moreThe service was great! The staff seem to know many of the customers because they are regulars. They refill soft drinks without having to ask what kind it is. The atmosphere is POW! On the eyes. Colorful is the best way to describe it. Very nice. The food.To start, you get a giant bowl of authentic chips on the table for all. They have a home made salsa which was pretty spicy, for spicy lovers. We ordered a side of their queso to go with it. That was a little watered down, and I THINK extra, but not positive. I got two burritos-my choice of 1 beef and 1 chicken(dark meat) with a side of rice. They tasted great! The only problem I had is that it seemed like everything was pulled from a steam table in the kitchen because it was lukewarm during the dinner rush hour. My friend's was also. I was not incredibly hungry so I took most of mine home. My son the spicy lover had NO complaints! Don't get me wrong. If I had been hungrier, I might have asked for it to be heated up. They would have gladly done it! โ๏ธ For other reasons, I decided to take it home to do that. I don't think restaurants should send the food out already needing to be reheated. Aside from that one thing, I know 2 people who dine there on the regular who assert that this is typically not usually the case. So, if you like authentic Mexican, check...
