This is going to be a pro-and-con review. The first time I tried this place, it was via DoorDash. Food was phenomenal. That was a couple of weeks ago. Tonight, we're sitting at home trying to look up a place to eat and I brought up this place. We hopped in the car and went. On the way, my wife found this promotion on Facebook. Now it's a win/win. We get here and order and the gentleman behind the counter looked at us funny like he didn't know what we were talking about when we asked about our five-year-old son's pizza being free. We showed him the promo and he still refused to honor it. I started to get a little upset, but said it's okay and just paid for everything. As it turns out, apparently there are some errors in communication with the franchiser and franchisee. This location had no clue what promos were running. The food was, again, amazing. They were nothing but polite. We will be back (but we'll just ignore what promos we may see on social media).

Proof that when fusion cuisine works, it really works! These managed to be both good pizzas and good Indian food simultaneously. For the more traditionally inclined the chole baturra was also excellent, but do yourself a favor and don't miss the pies. The crust is somewhere between an NY and a CHI style crust and then topped with desi-inspired ensembles. The Achari chicken was far and away my favorite but the butter chicken, Lahori tikka, and "3 Idiots" were also great. Mango lassi was the best one I've had in Indy to date. The range of halal lamb & chicken options was a pleasant surprise and we'll definitely be back to get a tour of the rest of the menu!

So lately I'm going to stepping out on my American culture. I have the Indian neighbors that have several conversations with about the food they cook. I don't know but I came across this piece of parlor. And let me tell you not a single disappointment at all. I got the half and half supreme and I know I'm pronouncing this incorrect but it sound like Italian (lol). The supreme very delicious and I added pineapples to it the Italian; if you're into spicy Pizza I'm going to say less. Please pull up and get you a pizza from Pizza Twist cuz it's A1!🔥🔥🔥🔥 Oh yeah did I mention grab you a milkshake cuz the strawberry milkshake I got don't need no explanation 💯💯💯

I don’t usually give reviews but I’m just shock at the managers horrible attitude. I’m a manager as well. I would never treat my customers the way he just did me. This was my FIRST and LAST time giving this place any of my money. So I placed a delivery order online. I select a coupon deal they had one the website. 2 Med 2 toppings. So when I paid for my order I didn’t see the toppings that I selected for my second pizza. So I called. I said hello. I placed and online order for the 2 Med 2 toppings pizzas. Before I could get it out good the manager tells me that the deal was canceled on the 31st. So I can’t get the deal. I said what? I said sir I’ve already paid for it online. He said I will give you your money back. I said well since I’ve paid for it online already because it let me use the deal why don’t you just honor it. He states the deal was suppose to have been taken off. I said sir well I have no way in knowing that because online it didn’t show an expiration date nor did it flag me when I selected it so why don’t you just honor it. He was so rude. Well hold on. Put me on hold. Came back to the phone tells me he had to talk to the franchise. So he will honor it this time. Is said sir why do you have such a horrible attitude. This is our first time trying your restaurant. He hung up on me. I’m like what. I’m so shocked at the whole situation. So I called back. I’m still calm. I said sir why did you hang up on me. He said idk. It must be your phone. Are on a cell phone? I said yes nothing is wrong with my phone. The said yes it is. That why it hung up. He said I’m going to try to get your order delivered to you. I have other calls do you need anything things else I said yes. I was calling you guys in the first place because my second pizza didn’t have my toppings I selected on it. He said your second pizza has just cheese. I said no I selected Italian sausage and bacon. He said okay anything thing else I have other people to take care of. I said I hope you have a better day. So we will see if my order is correct because I’m still waiting on my pizza. This place will not be open for long If they they don’t get rid of that guy. I am going to spread the word. PEOPLE DO NOT GIVE THIS RUDE ASS MANAGER ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS! Just received my food. It was correct. But they will never get my...

We are vegan , and gluten allergy(Celiacs in family). We ordered the gluten free , vegan pizza , with no "vegan chicken" , do to the fact that some plant based vegan meat alternatives contain wheat . When we got the pizza , my lady was super excited to try it , even though they messed up . Turns out they substituted REAL CHICKEN ... We have been vegan for over a year . She called the place , and the man answered didn't really care much about what had happened and said he will remake it . We got a call back from a woman who was super nice and considerate . She actually apologized a ton for what happened . I went to store and picked up pizza and explained to the gentleman , he should have CALLED us if the chef/make line didn't no what to do on the pizza , instead of making an executive decision by feeding us real decaying animal meat . I asked him if he ate pork , he replied , no I don't eat meat ever . So I asked him , what if you asked me to make you a vegan pork pizza , and I decided to put real pork on the pizza , and you ate it , would you be mad ? He said yes , and kinda laughed . He ended up giving us most of our money back for our pizza and the kids pizza . It was a disaster at the time , but they made it right for the most part . The correct pizza was delicious , kinda wish they would have got it right...

Yesterday for the first time I had some pizza from here . I saw quite a few good reviews and I thought why not try it . Even though the pizza and some of the ingredients don't realy mingle so good with the concept of what pizza is. When I want pizza . What comes to my mind is pepperoni and sausage etc . And lots of gooey cheese and robust tomato sauce. In my opinion if you want to twist the ingredients .At least keep some of the original character of what pizza is all about. Pizza in Italy was and still to this day is simple wholesome food that highlights a good dough and grt tomato sauce and small amount of good meat ingredients. I did not find any of that on twisted pizza . Paneer has virtually no taste of its own . It dose not melt like gooey cheese. Lots of onions and bell pepper and dose not make it as zesty topping . But our vege pizza still was edible. I was not impressed by tiny pieces of paneer that had no taste . The concept of pizza this way is ok for Indian people . But it's not for me . It's not only twisted pizza , but manipulation of pizza . I seen some resturants using a good nan bread and chicken tikka masala sauce with some pepperoni and at finish off use some indian herbs for garnish . And they called it nanza. Taste...
