Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Oct 22nd, Tuesday. 7:00pm. I don’t know if the young lady serving the food was new or not so after I saw the absurd tiny sized portion served to my bowl, I respectfully asked “who’s in charge today?” A young lady second to the register said “I am”. Never presented her name or her title. But she did present was a very nasty and disrespectful attitude. And when I asked for her name after she retreated to the back to never come to the front again they (the mute staff) point to several decks of cards at the register as if no one could speak. The weirdest encounter I’ve ever had. In my life. Asked for beans on the side, they gave me a small plastic saucer half way filled. Like 15 bean in total and some bean juice half way filled. Sour cream the same way half way filled. She put one scoop of rice in the bowl the she spread it around to cover space .

I CANNOT MAKE THIS UP.. It didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl and when I said that THE MANAGER said “it’s not supposed to” . I can’t make this up…. DID I SAY THE WEIRDEST ENCOUNTER? It was like a Jordan Peele movie the workers just sat there and looked blank while THE MANGER continued to be verbally combative and didn’t make one attempt to solve the issue.

She said all you have to do is ask for more and I said I’m literally asking you for more and you’ve arguing with me about it.

My kids are hungry, I’m hungry, line wrapped to the front of the door, bums literally laying outside the front door of the place and WIDLY ANTOINE (name on card) you arguing with me about more rice and beans??? lol. Man I can’t...

I put in a mobile order at 10:15a to be picked up at 11a because I have a very busy work day. I arrived shortly after 11a to pick up my order and it wasn't ready. I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL 11:30A TO PICK UP AN ORDER THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN READY A HALF HOUR BEFORE AND WAS ORDERED OVER AN HOUR BEFORE IT WAS READY. The reason it took so long? Even though the restaurant had just opened within the hour and only had a few patrons in it, they were out of: black beans, fajita veggies (which they rushed so much they were soggy and not cooked at all,) and I think I heard them say chicken as well (not too sure about that one, take it with a grain of salt); and I had to wait for all of this to be made. This is the second time I've ever tried online mobile ordering and this is the second time that my order from this location was not ready on time. Not to mention that when they did get to my order they quickly threw the thing together and my burrito fell apart at my desk because it wasn't properly wrapped. I get that even though there wasn't anyone in line that they rushed the burrito roll because they wanted to get me my burrito ASAP, but I'd rather have them take a few extra seconds to properly roll my burrito than just have a burrito bowl in a tortilla...

Probably the worst chipotle in the city. Just to compare we got two bowls one from zionsville and one from this location. The bowl from zionsville without me asking to fill it up was double or a bit more in weight that we got here. Might sound racist but I live nearby and I get chipotle 3-4 times a week either from here or downtown, but If a white person or anyone other than a BLACK person is helping, trust me u will not get your bowl full. When i asked for more rice because he was scrapping rice from the container, this other black dude was just staring. Anyways they were nice to talk to they have never misbehave but they never give enough portions. When i asked for more they said we are asked to give 4 ounces and I read the news its not as per chipotle policy but a store based policy. So its either works there slacking so that they have to work less or the store is cutting corners here. I feel like either the people who work here are not trained or just useless. As u can see in the picture below. The bowls are HALF filled which the manager said its full. If the manager is that bad ( i get she is just a student probably), i assumed where she will go in future, i feel sorry for...
