The Barista became angry with me because she failed to put whipped cream on my drink and she became more angry with me when I asked her to get it from the mobile order area which I don't understand. It's not my fault they have set up the mobile order area in a bad spot because no one should have to wait for their mobile order when they get there. I shouldn't have to stand in line to get my mobile order after the people who are there to make an order in the store, I should be able to just pick it up and go, so I dislike the way that they've set up their mobile order it's inconvenient for people making mobile orders. It doesn't make any sense, if I have to wait for them to finish serving the people in store and then ask you to get my order what's the point of ordering ahead? Also, if I order coconut milk that doesn't mean I don't want whipped cream, in the mobile app it gives you an option to choose no whip cream if you want them to leave off the whipped cream otherwise they should make it the way it's supposed to be made, with whipped cream so the barista became angry with me for no reason of my doing. This particular group of workers at this time in the morning (Saturdays from 10am to 3pm) are not very good on customer service. Otherwise the service is usually pretty good and no one usually makes a mistake and then blames...

One of the worst Starbucks out there I would never recommend anyone to work here apparently the new manager is a terrible and she treats her employees like they don't even exist I heard that there's no opportunities for people that work there to move up and I heard that they've treated lower employees the worst it's a hostile work environment and the manager there is even more hostile all this is what I've seen when I've gone there and ordered a drink and how she treats her employees and how my friend who used to work there who had quit tells me if you're looking for Starbucks employment I think you'd be better off somewhere else and don't even get me started on the girl with a pigtails and blonde hair she always messes up the drink and is always on her phone apparently when the line is long.
