To the corporate if you're reading this, I want you to know that your employees who are being put in a position of a customer service should be either retrain or be fired. I'm saying this not out of hatred but rather as a customer who's trying to do business with you. Because the people who serves as a customer service representative are very unprofessional and disrespectful. For an example I visits to your restaurant on daily basis and have contributed to your business about $30.00 a day. Yet the attitude and the service of your restaurant never changed. Same as usual, even when I tried to make order I don't get the tone of politeness. But rather I received the tone of aggression and conflict. I'm extremely polite and kind towards people because I understand the situation and the position. I've worked at restaurants and customer service before yet I never treated the customer like a threats. Because customers bring bussiness and the business create more jobs and income for the employee. But however if the employee did not satisfied with their job or displeased with their job then perhaps they should seek a different career, rather than sticking with the same position and repeating the pattern. It's unfortunate really.
By the way I just got my order 5 mins ago and same as usual they did not bother to even put a spoon or a napkin or a sauce. I did not went back to talk to them about it, because I don't want to create conflict. I just want to do business. Today will be the last day doing business with Panda Express. It's unfortunate really. Once your restaurant been improved again then I'll be gladly to do business with Panda...
Read morePanda Express is really a great place to get a bite to eat and times it's kind of have a slightly weight but don't go in there when it's time hour before they close because there's a the longest wait the management there does not keep the line full of food so you can get in and out and I guess it's a food cost thing but to me as a chef you need to keep the pants full until you're closing because you know you're busy night is Saturday night and Friday night and that you can have your parents full and still sell out before you close and it was very unnecessary for those pants to be not full of food and it was cooking the food to order and some dishes that only take 3 to 4 minutes to cook was taking up to 15 to 25 minutes myself I was waiting on teriyaki chicken for at least 20 minutes until I say something to them about getting my money back in my food for free it seem like the teriyaki chicken just automatically just flew to the to the line and it doesn't make any concessions to the customers at all and people are standing there waiting on food to be put in the plates and you know you trying to do this and then trying to take money but they're not giving out the food property like they should it's just a disgrace to the hospitality industry for a chain like this to be not prepared you have numbers you have dates and records you...
Read moreI've frequented this Panda Express in the past and encountered MANY of the same issues found in other reviews. Several items not available, extremely slow service, and focus is put on delivery service orders instead of people actually wanting to eat in the restaurant, etc.
It has been several months since I've been to this Panda Express and I thought I'd give them another chance tonight. Sadly, it was the same story as before: no steamed white rice and out of several selections. I was asked if I wanted to wait 6 minutes on one of the items I wanted so they could make another batch. I graciously declined and elected another entrée; Kung Pao chicken. As one worker was putting together my order, another worker told her that the Kung Pao chicken that was sitting in the pan was reserved for another customer. It was at least a quarter of the pan so there was plenty available for several orders.
Disgusted and deflated about the constant poor service and experience at this location, I cancelled the order and walked out. Frankly, this has to be one of the worst managed Panda Express restaurants in...
