Update~ 10/10/23 A simple courtesy response from you would have made all the difference to me. So, I will just update my review instead of drinking my DD coffee or having a bite of my pumpkin spice donut. DD needs to emphasize to their employees how vital good customer service is. Pulled up started my order when the drive thru attendee, asked if this was an order ahead on the app, order?¿... I replied, No. She did not say anything else but, let me go on placing my order; 2 coffees and 2 pumpkin spice donuts and that's it... No response... Nothing... I pulled around and saw complete DD darkness inside. Y'all she had shut this DD DOWN for the NIGHT, LIGHTS OUT and DD GIRL GONE! SMH~ When I rolled through the drive thru then around, I realized DD still practices the covid curfew hours. IT CLOSED...during my order!

Giving Customers good Service is how a business stays open and you get a paycheck!!! There are plenty of other great coffee shops around that serve after sunset! No reason for me to return to this location~

I've been trying to get the drink I like at this location faor a year now, and I have had to change the drinks I order 3 times now because they cant seem to make a drink the same way twice. I have spoken to the person who said they are themanager, who should be ashamed of her self and be embarrassed to claim being the manager. I will not be going back to this location again because I am tired of having to go back to get my order re made or having to throw away a 5$ drink almost every time. I see when I am in the drive through that it takes way too long because they have to be handed back every order and re making it. I imagine the shrink in this store is astronomical. I cant believe the so called manager still has a job. This store is an absolute joke and doesnt deserve the one star you have to give to submit a review. Also noticed that the overall rating is a 3, pathetic. Ordered a mocha cappuccino iced today and it is only milk and coffee and has no ice, and I didnt have time to go back , so again I am wasting $5 for absolute garbage. I would reccomend going anywhere but this location....

Save yourself a headache and avoid this location at all costs. Ordered two of the exact same drinks on the mobile app. Went through the drive thru to pick them up. After a few minutes at the pickup window, we were handed one drink without a word spoken. So we sat and waited for the second. After a few minutes they came back and asked if we were waiting on something else. We told them we ordered two of "these" holding up the drink we had. They asked what it was so we told them again. A few minutes later we were handed a drink. We drove a few miles down the road before we tried a drink. The first cup was fine. The second cup tasted like a cup of coffee that had sat on the counter for 12 hours in a gas station bathroom. No warmth whatsoever, bitter and disgusting. We had already fought the Saturday Christmas traffic to get to the mall and had no desire to drive back. We called the store but were blown off. Wouldn't give us a refund or allow us to come back for...
