I visit the Taco Bell on Rockville Road 26761 in Indiana. I’ve been going to this Taco Bell for over a year never had problems until the last month. I come here literally 3 times a week for my family and for my lunches. Now I’ve purchased the 12 pack hard tacos multiple times and they have been cold every time. I didn’t say anything because I know stuff happens. However now this being my forth time of this happening I’m pissed. I tell the lady I want new taco that are hot and she doesn’t say sorry nothing. Takes my tacos and tells me to go to a parking space because the other customers need served. I asked how long I would be waiting and she said she didn’t know but I needed to move forward because they need their food. I said why are they more important than me and she said because they need their food. I asked how long it would be and she said she didn’t know. So I said I would stay there until my food was done since she couldn’t give me a time. She was rude. When I asked for her manager the lady came to the window being rude telling me she didn’t know how long it would be because they had to serve the other customers first. How does that make sense that I waited 15 plus minutes to get through line to Now have to wait with an unlimited time. So I asked for my money back. She doesn’t refund my card she chose to refund me cash and didn’t even give me all my money. $25 she gave me $14. As I right this she is out in the parking lot laughing and carrying on with someone instead of taking care of the long line and angry customers. I am so angry and now that this is how I am going to be treated I don’t need to come to this location and everyone I know around here won’t be either. I am a manager for a billion dollar company and I would be fired for this behavior and poor treatment. Let alone I would not have anyone like this running my location. Read moreThieves, plain and simple. Made a purchase Sept/2022. Order came to $8.51 cent. Reviewed my online account two days later and discovered a separate charge of $3.27 cent. For what??? Reported this in an online survey and also called the customer service line to find out why the additional charge. It was never explained. It was suggested I use my time and fuel to drive back to Taco bell to get the erroneous charge back. I did, but even at the store they could not explain the action and took too long to inform me the money would be refunded back onto my debit card. I never authorized the withdrawal so I should have been given cash, actually. If I had tried to leave without paying for a $3.27 cent item I would be on the ground in handcuffs. This action is unacceptable. just wondered why the service was so poor and why the theft took place. Read moreOn the night of 2/14/21 I decided to get some Taco bell. Well to day the least this wasn't the most plesent experience. Food was great no problem there, but the lady at the drive thru she game me my cats back and of course she does it in a way that makes my change drop to the cold hard ground. So I proceeded to get my money from the ground. Then she proceeded to look at me lile I planted a bomb under the window.. gave me my food and looked at the ground outside where I picked up the change. Shame. You drop my change and assume I would vandalize property?? Why in this world would I feel the need to pick up my own change off the ground? Like I said, no issues with the food but note to manager: tell you're employees how to hand money back to customers, tell them not to look at said customer like a crazy person when they proceed to pick up the money.
