GG's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Indianapolis

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. The encounter I just had with the bartender was sooooo unprofessional. I ordered chicken wings from this establishment in the mist of eating my food. I found a piece of hair. I called back to the establishment to let them know that I found a long piece of hair in my wings. which I would like to include I have short hair. the lady on the phone was very nasty and rude. Refuse to put a supervisor or a manager on the phone. Refused to give me her name. But didn’t have a problem calling me the N-word when I was very professional with her. She also said I guess you wants your food for free. I just wanted proper service. This is sickening and sad. I hope the owner of this establishment sees this and addresses this issue with the employee. That also stated that she’s been working for your establishment 15 years. The racial slurs and racial profiling people of color definitely need to be addressed...

Easy going fun place to meet your friends or new ones! Food is priced cheap! They have 4 pool tables at 1 dollar a game. Crowd ranges from all ages and all types of groups. The customers tend to be into Nascar Racing which they have plenty of big screen tv's, the staff has always been nice and attentive each time I have been there, jukebox, live music, karaoke (which you wouldnt ever catch me doing! lol ) overall my experience has been nothing but good over the past 10 plus years of being a customer. Ps they can pour some pretty stiff drinks too if your a good tipper! So make sure to tip well on your first drink so they staff knows what kind of tipper you are atkeast thats what I always do at all restaurants and pubs to test the staff! Jyst a little FYI for the beginner...

My girlfriend and I waited for almost 30 minutes to receive service tonight. We had been the weekend before and really enjoyed ourselves and wanted to try their food specials. Each of us went to the bar to try to order as other people were doing the same. We were told we couldn’t order from the bar if we were seated at a table and a waitress would be over shortly. The “waitress” was standing behind the bar eating fries and flirting with a drinking patron behind the bar and taking everyone else’s orders but mine. When a server finally came, she said she was new and didn’t know anything. We left and went to Alibi where we were greeted, served drinks, and order taken within 5 minutes of arrival. GGs...
